Had Tri States install windows in home with a life-time warranty including free replacement if warranty was needed. Have been calling Tri State for one and a half years to get replacement windows due to moisture in the windows. They have not returned calls or acted on the request. We will be taking legal action shortly due to their negligence to their customers. Would NOT recommend.

I urge anyone looking for a home repair company to choose any company besides Tri-State Windows, Siding and Roofing, I received the worst customer service and the worst job performance I have ever experienced, if I could give zero stars I would. Here are the details, and the names are replaced with (blank) and a number for each person: *Estimate given on roughly 1000 sq. ft. roof total $8000.00 *Contract signed w/$2000.00 down payment-Feb. 28th, 2016 *Roof completed-April 5th-7th *Gutters completed-April 9th *Gutters leaked, I called T.S. who said the gutter installers would call me back, but they never did-April 11th *T.S. called for final payment-May 23rd-I reminded T.S. of gutter leak and wanted a rep to to come see problem first-Appt. made for June 1st *T.S. didn't show up, I called and rescheduled for June 6th *T.S. didn't show up or call on June 1st *Neighbor got on ladder and found rooted wood under shingles and the roof needed support fixed on June 1st *Called personal insurance company letting them know I didn't believe roof job was satisfactory based on neighbors findings *Contractor(provided by insurance company) inspected roof and gutters and saw several of the same problems the neighbor pointed out-June 8th *City Inspector of Bettendorf, IA came to house and saw the gutter leaking and called T.S. to explain the problem & T.S. (blank 1) said they'd call me in 1-2 days-June 14th *Hadn't got a call so on June 29th, I called T.S. and the receptionist said she'd have (blank 2) would call me back- he didn't *I called T.S. June 30th and had to leave a message for (blank 1)-June 30th *I got a call back from (blank 3) (on Friday July 1st, but wasn't home to get it *I called (blank 3) back and he said he'd call me back, he didn't-July 5th *I called (blank 3) back & he had no idea what my problem was, but said he'd call (blank 4) & have him come to see the problem & (blank 4) came, inspected roof & gutters & took pictures & said he'd talk to (blank 3) -July 11th *I called (blank 3) on Aug. 4th, who made an appt. to come to the house on Aug. 8th *(blank 3) didn't show up or call on Aug. 8th *I called city inspector of Bettendorf, IA to get him up to speed-Aug. 9th *City inspector of Bettendorf, IA called me back on Aug. 10th: He talked to the owner of Tri-State, (blank 5), who said he'd call me and city inspector of Bettendorf, IA back after he looked it over-No call back *August 24th & 25th I called owner of Tri-State, (blank 5) and had to leave a message to have him call me back-he didn't *I finally got owner of Tri-State, (blank 5) on the phone on August 29th.
He said he'd have (blank 4) call me back by days end.he didn't *(blank 4) called back August 30th & scheduled the roof & gutter repairs for Sept. 7th *It was suppose to rain on Sept 7th so (blank 4) rescheduled the next day-Sept. 8th *(blank 4) called Sept. 8th at 10:00 am, asked to reschedule the repair for the following week on Sept. 12th at 9:00 am *(blank 4) showed up an hour late on September 12th *If it wasn't for my neighbor loaning his help, advice & tools: saw, saw horses, battery operated screw driver, wood for braces, a jack and 2 X 4's to raise the roof it wouldn't have been done correctly. (blank 4) told me he'd do the best he could, but he had doubts he could raise the roof to the proper pitch(he tried using a ladder to push it up.he said Well that didn't work!
That's when I went for my neighbor's help. My neighbor worked over 2 hours to make sure the roof was secured and the wooden braces in place and (blank 4) finished the shingles. *I sprayed the roof to check for leaking and the gutter needed to be extended. (blank 4) said my neighbor said he would do it-I refused and told him to do it after-all, T.S. was the gutter installer and that was the original problem! (blank 4) left to buy the gutter extension. He installed it. The job was finally, after 5 months of frustration, done.

Well, my 71 year old mother is having new windows installed. The job was started on Wednesday, April 12th, 2017. Thursday, April 13th rolls around and no one shows up. My sister calls to find out what's going on. Apparently, the guy doing the work called in sick because he was too hung over from the night before. Very unprofessional.

My wife and I are very pleased with the cost, tear off of asphalt shingles and the installation of the new metal shingle roofing. The crew worked hard and as far as we know, did a very professional job. A very nice looking job and was $6000.00 below the other bids. I will be pleased to show off our home and tell any one that Tri-state did the job.

In the summer of 2016 we had to replace our roof due to storm damage. Try-State was excellent to work with. They gave us a free estimate that we needed for our insurance co. and also met with our insurance co. They did a great job and the roof looks fantastic. I would recommend this company to anyone that might need a new roof.
