25% of their ratings have only 1 star (the highest amount I have ever seen) and all of them for the same reason as in my case. I called for a repair and they came and said that they need to order one part. Since two weeks I call them every day to ask when they finish the job and the answer is always the same. We will call you when we schedule your repair but they never do it.
Who needs a company like that? And why does the Google ranking show a 4.1 with such a high amount of 1 stars? Too bad that I did not look at the negative reviews before I called them.

Called three weeks ago to schedule an appointment for today (12/16). I was told they would call the day before with a window for arrival. When I did not receive the call, I called first thing the morning of the appointment and was told they would come either "today, tomorrow or Monday" so basically when they are in my area. I received a call this evening to confirm for tomorrow which does not work for me.
I spoke with a manager and was told they are short staffed and cannot guarantee appointment days at this time. Really? Wouldn't that have been helpful information to give when I scheduled an appointment? I made certain I was home all day for their "window" which should have been a only a few hours. Customers are expected to keep schedules clear for when Garage Doors of Naples decides to come?
I don't think so. I have been using them since 2014 and have always been pleased. Today the woman answering the phone was abrupt, unconcerned about the way "appointments" are being handled and the manager wasn't much better. I've moved on to another company and have a confirmed appointment on Monday (and was given the window for arrival when the appointment was scheduled). I can overlook a lot with covid and work force shortages however I cannot overlook lack of consideration and communication.

I gave one star because the installers were great, otherwise this company is not worth any stars. Information is power and if I had the important information from my salesperson Matt on the product I chose about the different variation with the color I chose and had an actual sample of the door to take home to look at during different times of the day, which was not offered, I would have made a different choice.
The product I was expecting and what I received was not one in the same. The company's position, this is what you ordered and this what you received. I am sorry if you are not happy with choice. I will be happy to order you new doors at your expense. True, I ordered based on the information I was provided which turned out to be not helpful at all. Very disappointing!

Garage Doors did my original install in 2016, and the experience was excellent. Called this week to do a service, and the experience was totally different. Booked service date, they call in morning to confirm a time, but the call never came. The individual booking the appointment wrote down the wrong number. I got conflicting information that they would be out the following day, never happened.
When I called to book a new time, I was told they could not book a day or time until they did scheduling which happens after 4pm. I gave up, called a competitor, got a slot, and immediately received an email confirmation. When Garage Doors finally called, they were apathetic at best that they lost my business. The techs have always been top notch; but, they need to fix scheduling and customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Garage Doors of Naples. I called Wednesday morning, hoping to get an appointment on Thursday. I was told I would be called between 4 and 6 on Wednesday if there was an opening on Thursday. When I had no call by 5:30, I called them. They said it would be Friday. I expressed my concern. About 15 minutes later, they called and said they would be at my house between 3 and 5 on Thursday.
As it got later and later on Thursday, I called them again. Said the technician was running behind and would be around 6. When he didn't arrive at 6, I called and they said it would be another hour or hour and a half. I said OK. The tech never did show up and there was no call. I called this morning assuming that if they missed you on Thursday, you'd be scheduled for Friday.
Wrong again. Their earliest appointment was the next Monday. The woman I talked to said the tech had tried to call me at 7:30 on Thursday evening. That is not true as there is no call on my cell. I felt like I was being lied to throughout the two and a half day process just to keep me hanging on. I called Precision Garage Door Repair at 7:45am and they will be here at 8:45.

This was a terrible customer service experience. I should have paid attention to the other reviews noting bad customer service because they are all accurate. Door panel took over a month to be delivered. Wouldn't schedule install until the night before. The technician was 30 minutes later than the time window given, and even worse, he replaced the wrong panel.
The panel he replaced supposedly had a small dent in it, but by his own admission, it was hard to see. When they came to put that panel back in (a full day after originally promised), it had a large dent and several scratches. It would have looked worse than when they started. Not only would the company not accept fault, they made me pay for another panel (at a discount) to fix their mistake.
Even if this is the only time it has happened with this company, it still happened and they handled it very poorly. Matt, the sales person, was more concerned with the fact that they did not make any money on this job than to provide decent customer service. All I needed was a garage door panel replaced to appease my HOA. Instead, I'm out more money than budgeted and the panel originally requested is still not replaced.

First time I called for a service repair after Hurricane Irma damaged my two garage doors, they schedule my service and showed on time. Very polite and knowledgeable tech, they clean and took all garbage with them. One visit and they went in/out in less than two hours. Very reasonable price, excellent quality and not overcharging at all because of the hurricane.
I was very happy with their quality of service, and professional installation. My door is working even better than before. You can count on these people at any time, they always answer calls and show on time.
