Ann and Bill went above and beyond to adjust our flooring needs. We have radiant heated floors and had the wrong carpet pad installed and they immediately went into action and got it fixed as quickly as possible. Unbelievable customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Staff is easy to get along with and very helpful. Easy to locate and usually not too busy. Quite a variety to browse from and you can call to get detailed specifics as per your request. Prices are reasonable. No noticeable public restroom, but I forgot to ask. Parking spaces are good compared others.
