Rudeness! Would rather use a bucket than have to deal with that tank lady. I heard a new supplier is coming to the Low Country hoping to put them out of the tank business.

This place is a joke. I would rather pay triple the price for a septic tank, and everything else I need then to deal with the old grouch in the middle office. I don't know what man sent her off but the slamming her phone down, and poor customer service makes the company as a whole look awful. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and I was warned she was a real witch but she talks to everyone as if their below her.

She is bad for business. I was warned but had no idea how awful she made the experience. Who owns this company? I will never allow my company nor my sister companies to deal with her nor the business. My employees fussed so much about her I finally checked for myself and co.plete rudeness. She ruined my entire day by her attitude.

So far a positive experience. Just ordered 90 tons of material for my and my husband's backyard work-space. I read a review where a man's wife felt she was treated poorly and to that I say I am sorry your wife was treated so. I say to these male dominated industries that most times we wives are running errands for our spouses and perhaps we don't have a clue but we still deserve to be treated the same professional way you would treat our deep-pocketed husbands. Chances are that woman without a clue or clear understanding controls the money and where and how and with whom it's spent.

This review is a result of my damaged vehicle (which could have easily been avoided), poor customer service, and lack of communication from management. I called the day before to ask prices of gravel and to ensure my vehicle would not get damaged when loaded. The next day, the person loading my truck hastily dumped the gravel in my truck without informing me to let down the tailgate (or that the bucket was too large for my bed).

Because the bucket was ~20% longer than my bed, the rocks fell on my tailgate resulting in damage. The person loading told me he was sorry and hated to see it happen. I contacted them to ask if there was anyway they could help with the damages since I was told this would not happen. They said the owner was not in yet, but would contact me. I called later that day (~4:30p) and they said the owner still had not arrived.

Six days later, I called back and they said he was on the phone and would call me back right after he was finished. I called a fourth time (later that day), and she said she had talked to him and there was nothing they could do. I proceeded to tell them that I did not care about the inside of my bed, that it was expected, but I was told it would not happen to the outside of my vehicle.

They said it was a risk I took and they are not liable although they told me otherwise. The compensation could have been as little as a free delivery on a second load to avoid damages. This is a warning for those who want to haul supplies with their vehicle at Ken-Brick.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to help me find my existing brick / mortar color, and spent far more time than should have been necessary to answer my 1001 questions. Thank you!

Very good customer service when we went in to actually pick out the brick. But when we called to order it a little while later we were repeatedly told it would be here 3 different times by the same lady, well that never happened. So when we finally talked to someone else we were told the brick wouldn't be here for awhile and basically the lady should of never promised it before then.

We were very unhappy and ended up going with another brick company in savannah who got it to us in under a week. We were very please and so was the contractor we'd had on call for about a month waiting on Ken-brick.
