Sent an installer to Savannah with laminate safety glass that had been made too tall. They were able to squeeze us in same day and cut down the glass by 5/8 (not easy to do) and for a great price. Y'all saved us big time today! Thank you.

This is the only glass store I go to. I have used them for years. Prices are always reasonable. Prompt service. Can't ask for much more.

Wow! Great experience! I called "The other guy" and all I received was condescending attitude; Called All American and they were helpful, patient and focused on helping me solve my problem. The big lady with the short white hair at the front desk was as rude as Karen's come. Lots of eye rolling and attitude because I came in seeking repair of a mirrored nightstand. Refused service because the mirror panel that needed replacing was "too small" to place just one order. If that's the case they should display that there is some kind of minimum or something to that sort.

We've used this company twice, first to replace glass in a broken window, second to replace glass in a glass-topped end table. Both times they were quick, professional, and affordable. Definitely recommend.

I agree with the others that the front desk lady wasn't very hospitable. However the guy who actually cuts the glass was extra nice & did an exceptional job. I think the lady should rethink her career. Doesn't seem to like or enjoy people

All American Glass fixed my coffee table door that my 2 year old son broke with his head. they completed it in about an hour and then told me merry Christmas and that it was on them! they have all my business and referrals! thank you so much for such a sweet gesture! You just made this mom's whole month! Cant even tell it was broken :

Rude Rude Rude. The receptionist barely had the courtesy to look up from what she was doing to acknowledge me when I walked in. When she did and opened her mouth it got worse with every word. When I called back to check on my order after several days (since they didn't call as promised) she was again very rude and condescending. Now I read other reviews and it appears that this is their business model. Find some other place for your glass work.

Worst business ever. This company has no idea how to install the products they sell. The project they did for us leaks like a sieve and they refused to repair or fix it. They have shady business practices and a lack of basic ethics. Avoid this company at all possible costs.

A few months ago during a wind storm, a canopy from my porch blew over and busted my kitchen window. I had been putting fixing it off, thinking it would be quite costly. However, I'm moving and needed to fix it, because obviously it's not my property destroy. So I stopped by American Glass on Tuesday, went inside and spoke to Missy, she gave me an estimate and then proceeded to tell me she was booked until next week.

I understood as this was pretty last minute and I just walked in. We get into further conversation, and she tells me she thinks she has someone in my area that may be able to do it THAT DAY. So she called them and he agreed. So not only was my "estimate" almost spot on, but they fixed my window that day in less than 15 minutes. The service technicians were super nice and very respectful.

I only tell you all this to say, everyday we hear about companies with bad customer service, companies that just don't care and are out to make a dollar, and companies that are just "too big for their britches". With so much negativity I wanted to share my positive experience. My experience here was pleasant, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you All American Glass Co for the awesome service!

Back door window was shattered and had to get it replaced. They came the next day to measure. Because the glass had to be ordered and broke in transit it took about two weeks to get replaced which, hey, what can you do, stuff happens. They made sure that I'd be the first one of the day once the new glass came in, the guy installing took his time to do a clean job and clean up all the glass that got anywhere in the house.

It took awhile but they couldn't help that the glass had to be ordered and I didn't raise a stink at all and they took care of me to make sure my glass would get replaced as soon as they could. Not insanely warm customer service but I don't really care because it's a glass company not a four star hotel where you expect that kind of thing. They got the job done, they put me at priority without me asking.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Atrocious. They do not respect the customer or their wishes. I requested to be present at the home while they were on my property. I communicated this multiple times to both Sherri and Jimmy. Neither listened and the employees of All American Glass entered my property without my permission. I called to resolve the issue and was berated by the receptionist.

I admit; I got ugly too. She basically stated they could come and go as they please. All I wanted was an apology and assurance this would not happen again, that didn't happen. I personally do not like strangers around my house where I have two small children. And if this company cannot respect that, then obviously they are not the glass repair company for me.

Last August I was driving south to FL when I experienced a major issue with a window. Because it occurred late Sat eve during a major thunderstorm I was forced to hem it up until I could figure something out in the am. Come am and I can't get the window to go up. I call a number of window repair places and of course no one answers. But then I call A.A.G. and a very kind voice on the other end refers me to an employee who agrees to meet me and fix the window.

Consider this, you're driving across the country and in the middle of a late night thunderstorm your driver's side window suddenly drops into the door. As best you can you tough it out through the night and hope you can find someone kind enough to help you the next day, which happens to be a Sunday. You're in incredible luck because you dial All American Glass and they leave no stone unturned in assisting you on their day off, and with an incredible level of professionalism and courtesy.
