Action Plastics is a fishing lure manufacturing company that specializes in a wide range of soft plastic lures including fresh water and salt water. We are continuously exploring new products and steadily improving product quality to meet the needs of our growing client list. The sizes of our lures range from 1"-15" with our most popular being the 2.25"-5" range and the large shad minnows 6", 9" or 12".
We work through the design process to create a test mold for your soft plastic lure prototype. It gives a great feeling when the prototype is delivered. The lure is now a tangible, usable item. With testing of the prototype out of the way and customer approval, the production mold is manufactured. It is exciting to see a new lure from our production team, which is packaged and made ready for shipment.

I have never received a wonderful experience with this company, despite being a loyal customer. At the moment, I've made payment for items after I was sent an invoice to pay and now I'm getting excuses and no responses when it's time for them to let me know that the items are ready. Please look to other plastic companies other than this one. It's affected my business tremendously. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional.

It's always great to play trivial pursuit with a potential supplier. I had asked if they stock a certain packaging product that I'm looking for, for our business. Only to be asked for all my contact details before letting me know if they do indeed stock what I am after. I asked a 2nd time for a straight forward answer, to which I am still waiting for a reply more than 2 days later.
I see this as a complete waste of time, as I could've known immediately if they supply what I need or not. Its pointless trying to get your sales team in contact with me if you don't stock what I need.

We have been clients of Action Plastics for the past 14 years. We are less than impressed with the service we received on a particular return of an order. The owner was less than accommodating to refund our full payment on goods returned and took off 15% handling fee. He would have rather loose a 14 year business relationship and gain 15% handling fee.
We collected and returned the goods at our expense. So not only did we loose the 15% "handling fee" but we paid a contract driver R200.00 extra to collect and return goods. Poor service delivery that we would like others to know about. Rather disappointing. Business owner
