Critical: Professionalism Workers in their vehicles show lack of professionalism. Flipping their middle finger to other drivers who so kindly let them in. If this the behavior your workers display when not working, I hate to see what kind of work they actually perform.

The Team at Zochert Fence was Excellent, they are very professional, quick and do excellent work. We really appreciated their fast response on a short notice.

This outfit has been around for quite a while & was referred to me by a general contractor I know. Apparently there has been a recent change of ownership.the original owner selling to a long-time employee. My phone inquiry was responded to quickly & professionally, the new owner personally came to our site to do a walk-through prior to submitting a bid.

I had questions on the bid which were promptly addressed & we set up a mutually agreed upon start date only a few weeks from then. I received notifications prior to the very professional crew showing up, which they did on schedule, showing up on time every day until the project was complete. The owner considerately asked me to meet him on-site towards the end to review the work before his team would be leaving. All-in-all, a very rewarding experience from beginning to end, no "hanging chads" left to deal with. Highly recommend!

Poor customer service and communication. Requested bid and never heard for them for over two weeks and then when I contacted them they told me they didn't have the information they needed- but they never bothered to get back in touch with me so they could move on the bid. When I express my concern there was no apology or remorse for poor business practices. Going to find someone else!

Very unprofessional company, don't use this company they don't care about their customers. They don't deserve any stars. I work for an apartment complex and in the past we used this company for a few jobs. In the last 2 week I called several times and finally a guy called Bill set up an appointment for us, for week and a half later and he never show up, or never call me to cancel the appointment, I thought that he was really busy and probably was stuck in a job, so when I called back today he didn't apologize or anything he just told me that he doesn't have time to do the job, so leaving us with 2 more weeks off my schedule. In the past we worked with Miguel Mendoza he was a very professional worker and always responded on time, never missed an appointment.

This company did good work at a fair price, communication was quite poor (I could almost never reach anyone by phone and messages weren't returned.) I wouldn't advise against this company, as long as you can put up with the communication problems.

Dont work here they have no expexperienc3 as foreman you will end up with a late messed up fence

I used them for a vinyl fence installation and had a horrible experience. I hadn't seen the previous review (unfortunately), but had the same experience. They did try to correct the problems, but ended up making it worse. I finally got tired and paid them, but now they won't respond to my complaints. My fence is a joke with my neighbors and friends, so I will have to hire someone to redo it.

I would add to the grief and unprofessional nature of this company. I decided to give them a chance, although there were no good reviews yet, they were loca and agreed to a project for us. After the fact, we found out that they were late to the job site, did not work full days, and instead went over to a strip club during working hours and spent the majority of their time there with work vehicles as well.

I called the manager about this but received NO answer. I would report them to the BBB and complain. Do not hire them! They are completely unprofessional and unfortunately that is why I only give 1 star. I agree with a previous reviewer, never again will I call them and I advise you to never use them!

Nothing but grief! I am so sorry I used this company. They were a couple hundred dollars cheaper then their competition, but I got a few thousand dollars worth of headaches! Ugh! They had to come out several times to correct their errors and they still didn't get it right! I tried talking to the owner, but he referred me to the salesman who was part of the problem! Never again will I use this company!
