These guys are awesome! We took a day trip to Newport and caught a rock in our windshield on the way there. The rock chip looked pretty bad to us, and we were afraid it might get even worse by the time we get home, since we had about 3 hours of backroads driving ahead of us. We googled the glass companies in the area and happened to find Lincoln Glass Company and gave them a call - they were so helpful!

They were able to see us right away and our windshield was fixed in less than 20 minutes. They did a wonderful job and the service was great! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would - they deserve it!

I ordered a commemorative flag case for a work from another company for event. It arrived late and the glass was shattered. I panicked. a co-worker suggested Lincoln Glass Company so we ran right over. They were able to cut a piece of glass to the unique size right away. We left the frame with them and headed out to run an errand. Before we reached out destination in town I got a call say that my case was ready to pick up.

They even mounted the glass in the case I brought for measurements. it was shockingly affordable and the people were just amazing. Friendly, fast quality service and excellent product.

The windows in my house are all dual-paned and vinyl framed. Thanks to the windy coastal weather, many of the glass panels had sprung. When I mentioned the sprung windows to my house painter, he recommended that I have Lincoln Glass come out and measure for replacement glass panels. Many people are under the false impression that sprung glass panels require the expensive removal and replacement of the entire window frame and casing from the side of the house.

Not so. Just the sealed glass panels can be easily removed and replaced at a fraction of the cost. Lincoln has now replaced about seven window panes, and my house is three stories tall--so not an easy task. I definitely recommend Lincoln Glass!

Walked in and had my glass cut while I WAITED ( WHAT?!) Talked to owner while I waited, very serious about his business and customer satisfaction. The young lady who took my service order was very friendly. I live in Lincoln City but our glass shop was closed when it was supposed to be open.glad I made the drive. Will return again.

I got 2 small cracks in the windshield of my brand new suv last week. They were very nice, professional and quick with getting me in and my visit as well. This company did an amazing job at repairing the cracks, you can barely even tell there were any!

My house needed a window replaced and a new sliding screen door. Looking good and service was great.

Amazing work and excellent customer service! I've used Lincoln Glass a couple times now, once to replace an RV window that needed a custom cut and recently to repair a rock chip in our family van's windshield. From the phone call, to the drop off and pick up I felt heard, valued and confident that they would get the job done and do it right. I am a life time customer!

I went to get a small chip in my windshield repaired and received excellent service. Not only did they fix the chip for a reasonable price, but they were able to address a larger crack in the glass. Other glass repair places told me nothing could be done about it, but the technician I spoke with said he could drill a small hole at the end of it and fill the gap with sealant to prevent the crack from growing larger.

It has been several months now and the fix he did held up perfectly. I'm very grateful, as by now the crack would have at least doubled in size and would eventually require replacing the whole windshield. If I lived in Newport they would be my go-to place for any future glass repair needs.

We ordered a frameless shower door and glass enclosure from them. They came right out to do the estimate and placed the order. I broke a small piece of plexiglass on my sliding door. I took the broken piece down to them and within a couple days (the size of my plexi was on back order due to all the new COVid Instalation for plexi) they custom cut and got my door back in working order on a matter of days! They called to let me know it was in stock as well as when it would be available for pick up! Great customer service and they were reasonable in pricing! I will definitely use them again and recommend them!

Talk about Johnny on the spot! I own a retail store in Nye Beach, Petunia's Place and a customer broke my door in by pushing it inward with all his weight and laughing at the fact that he snapped the door in two (despite the 12 inch sign that says PULL in big red letters!) I called and these guys were here within an hour, fixed the door and were done within the hour! I am a hard customer to please, but these folks were terrific! This company replaced an incorrect window. When I called to inquire as to what happened, Dean was immediately rude. If you're looking for attention to detail, look elsewhere.

They came down to Waldport to measure within 2 days, they had our order done in two weeks and installed without a problem. Only glass company to use in Newport

I requested a window pane to be replaced along with another window screen. They were very prompt to give an estimate and install the items when they arrived. They replaced the wrong screen, when I notified them, they wanted to make sure which screen it should have been. The following week the screen was replaced along with the others I was going to replace at a later date. I am very pleased with the work they provided in a timely manner. Prices are very reasonable, service is great. I have told others how delighted I am about this business.
