You won't find a better solution than WSBNW! From barns to shops, churches to straw bale homes, they literally fabricate most any type of building. I love that the steel is beautiful and durable, unlike wood "pole barns." The staff is great and really knowledgable. I highly recommend this company!

Web Steel Buildings NW is the best place in the entire Pacific Northwest to purchase a fabricated building! And they ship anywhere! They have even sent buildings to Chile and Alaska! As with any major purchase in life, there can be setbacks, similar to purchasing a home (I'm a Realtor, I would know!), but the staff works hard to keep the communication flowing and right any wrongs.

It's small, locally owned company which I love! Not a big national production builder who doesn't actually care about their clients. The buildings are beautiful, effective and durable! I highly recommend WSBNW!

Building had multiple errors in the fabrication and lack luster support after paying in FULL. Missing slots for tension ties, mislocated girt attachments, eave extensions mislocated, fastener lengths were too short for insulation thickness, trim has protective coating that CANNOT be removed. Websteel deflected responsibility and directed me to their sub tiers to resolve issues.

The representative from Websteel did not represent the company very well and was offensive in the responses to legitimate issues. The choice is yours on competent building suppliers. Not RECOMMENDED based on my personal experience. Jeff I am still waiting for a response on the field repairs that were required due to Websteels inadequate quality control at the factory.

Randy went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs, even after the building was done he still called me to see how my business was doing! His customer service is unbelievable, he cares for his customers as if they are family! I will be looking to buy another building from Randy for sure. All because of his willingness to help and go beyond! Thank you again
