Premium Hardwood Root Double Shredded - All natural mulch grounded up from the trunks and roots of the tree. The product goes through the grinder twice. Premium Hardwood Root Triple Shredded - All natural mulch grounded up from the trunks and roots of the tree. The product goes through the grinder three times.
2A Modified - Used for base under patio. It is industry standard that you use a minimum of four inches of stone compacted every two inches for residential patios and walkways. For driveways it is recommended that in a freeze thaw area you use at least 10-12 inches for your base compacting every two inches.
Screened topsoil - We screen our own topsoil off-site with a 1/2 minus screen producing high-quality topsoil. Unscreened topsoil - When available, unscreened topsoil is topsoil that has not been through the screener. My husband wants to build a small wall in our driveway. We stopped to see what they had. The guy who helped us slurred several words. We were disgusted and left. Stay home if you're drunk. What should have sounded like square feet sounded nothing like that. My husband has been a carpenter for 35 years. The guy was a bore.

I don't think the man who answers the phone likes his job. Either that or he really just doesn't care. Once you ask any type of question. about anything there's an immediate attitude with a feel free to walk around response. Didn't know I was employed by A1 and an expert on all materials you carry but I'll remember that for next time for sure. Avoid and go to Weavers. WAYYYY better service. Nice people.
