Time frame: Our ordered sheds/garages are taking 6-8 weeks to arrive to our property & then we will schedule a weather permitting delivery date. We offer only the highest quality Amish-built wood and vinyl sheds, garages, workshops, gazebos, lawn furniture, swing sets, dog houses and more.
Our garages offer a safe and solid structure for your most prized possessions, so whether you need a place to store your car, bikes, woodworking or want a great work-out area we will provide you with an attractive, well designed and expertly built garage. You can choose from our pre-built garages or we can build your garage on-site at your location.
The 2 car shed will be delivered in 2 sections (like seen below). Depending on what size you get is how much clearance we will need for the truck and trailer to drive back to your pad site. If you don't have clearance or want us to build on site, it is an additional 30% on top of building price and will have a longer time frame.
Our standard kennel sizes range from a 6x10 to a 10x20. The enclosed shed area of each kennel has its own window and exterior door. A self-seal doggie door leads to the porch area which is securely fenced and includes a chain link door with two stainless feeder bowls. Our kennels are portable so you can take them with you if you move.

I would like to say Best Built Barns & Sheds Inc were high quality and fulfilled my needs, but sadly, I cannot. Why? I've been waiting well over a month for an estimate on a pole barn. While I believe, and expect, weather to slow the build of a barn, it in no way should hinder getting an estimate. You would think in today's environment, and the increased price of wood, a business would be excited for a customer who is wanting to spend 75-100K. Their sheds may be top-notch according to the reviews you read here, but, most unfortunate, I cannot speak to the quality of their pole barns.

Sara and the team at Best Built Barns were great to work with. Sara was very responsive to my questions about the shed and site prep. She set proper expectations on the delivery and possible delays due to the weather. We experienced rain the day of my delivery and she worked diligently to get me scheduled for the next dry day. The delivery men were prompt and went above and beyond to clear overhanging branches. I highly recommend Best Built Barns & Sheds!

Rudest receptionist I've ever had to deal with. They cancelled my order even after a legal contract was signed because they said the called me but couldn't get a hold of me, however my phone never rang nor did my wife's. As I attempted to rectify the situation I was met with more rudeness from the receptionist and her nasty attitude. Trust me there are far better companies to deal with who make good sheds and stick to the contract without the rudeness and attitude.

The young lady I spoke with was very help each time I had to call. She walked me the through the entire process. Even let me know that I could switch my order for faster delivery under these circumstances. Delivery was fantastic. We had an awesome experience with Best Built Sheds. After tons of research and numerous calls, we chose Best Built Sheds. I paid in full for my shed. They promised delivery in 5 weeks for October 17. It's now December 1. I still don't have my shed. I've was given 5 different delivery promise dates. The woman they have working in the office is highly unprofessional, and she speaks in grammatically incorrect English. She yelled at me when I asked how firm the latest "final" deliver date will be. I'm not sure the quality that my shed will be, I sure excellent based on the samples on the lot, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
