My experience with Better Than Wood was excellent.5-Star service. They were prompt to respond & quick to deliver my gate earlier than estimated! Tried getting in touch with them via the contact form on the website 3 times and called 3 times. No one responds or answers the phones. If this is how they do business I would not recommend them.

Horrible! They took my money and then never called me back. Left numerous messages and got nowhere. I am making a complaint to BBB and contacting my credit card company. I hope they will rectify but if not I will find a new company
