This company had the worst customer care I ever been at. The laziest people that work there they won't help unless they're ordered too. But they'd rather sit on their phone and play around on that then help people. I will never go back and I would tell very one the same thing not to go there too.

Amazing customer service, they bent over backwards to help us and even had one of their associates deliver what we needed to our business. Staff is warm and friendly and has great communication.

Used to go there to buy material, would definitely get what i went for. I used to think it was ridiculous the wait time for some deliveries or if they would even arrive, but now that I work there, I understand.

UNPROFESSIONAL is the only word I can use to describe this location. If I could give negative 10 starts I would. We come here often to drop off dry wall. Usually it's okay. Sometimes it takes a while to get unloaded but no a big deal. Today is a little chilly outside nothing we are not use too. We been here in the crazy snow storms so this little cold weather isn't nothing new to us. I'm getting to the reason why I say this.

We were sitting in the truck as we always do waiting to get unloaded, we already took off our straps and they told us where to park so we could get unloaded. We noticed they were taking some time but nothing out of the ordinary when all of a sudden they finish unloading us and one of the fork lift drivers comes up to the window and says " is it to cold out for you today?

Because you could have came outside and helped unload this load. Everyone wants to get out of here the same way you do and drivers come out to help us. There is a long line behind you, you could have helped us out" For starters, it isn't our job to go outside to help unload THEIR load. We get paid to bring their loads to them safely and that's exactly what we do.

They aren't out there helping me fold my tarps and roll up the straps because it isn't their job to do so. They get paid to unload us the same way we get paid to bring the loads and put our stuff away. I am so mind blown that one of these employees are asking for us to help them do their job and in the most rude way ever.

So I deliver the drywall to this LKL in West Jordan. I have also delivered to all of the other LKL warehouses in the valley. This one is the slowest at unloaded drywall out of all the LKL warehouses. Why? Maybe they don't care about others that drive truck. Maybe they are short handed all the time. Waiting for 2 hours to get unloaded is a little over the top.

The government has placed rules on me that I used to fudge, but now with the ELD in the truck. Its impaired me as a driver. I can't just leaving when I want in the morning to adjust my delivery times. I can't pull over and take a 20min rest, I can't pull over to pee with out the ELD using my time. I can't get home every night now because of the ELD log. Please help us out LKL with unloading Quickly.
