Warranty Report

CMS, LLC warrants that its products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty shall apply to installed products that are used only for personal, family, multi-family projects or household purposes and which are maintained in accordance with CMS recommended maintenance procedures.

Why Choose Cultured Marble Report

The traditional method for installing tiled showers is time and labor intensive, creating a water in/water out. Contrary to popular belief tile is not waterproof. Moisture will infiltrate the mortar bed and solid backing on the walls. The moisture must percolate through the mortar bed to the sloped pan liner and through the weep holes in the drain.

Scope of Work Report

All material is made to order. Quoted prices generally include only the furnishing of cultured marble/granite material and installation thereof (including the pan liner). Any additional work must be specifically identified in the bid. The installer will broom sweep and remove debris from the job site (no dusting, no washing, etc.).

HORRIBLE Customer Service over the phone. The woman that answered the phone should not have any contact with a paying customer. She was very rude, short, and unpleasant. When I asked about an appointment for an estimate she said they didn't provide service to my City. The Website clearly states that they service ALL of my County. When I mentioned this on the call, the woman said she wasn't the one who updated the Cities on the website but that it was excluded from their list. Hope they update their Website for future customers.

We remolded our master bathroom. We priced around everywhere and Cultured Marble had the best prices. We wanted to go with solid surface because of how easy it is to clean and take care of. We have granite in our kitchen and downstairs bath but wanted a cleaner and brighter look in our bathroom. And to be honest I am sick of taking care of the granite and wanted something easier!

There installers were super friendly and professorial. I felt comfortable with them in our home. They did our shower surround, bench and vanity top and sinks. We absolutely LOVE the way our bathroom turned out and would highly recommend them!
