Great company! Loading 16-26 pallets on a truck in about 20 minutes for 10+ hours a day? These guys are beasts. Everyone is super knowledgeable and willing to give up their personal family time to stay late and load. I've never seen a more dedicated team. Only 6 guys load upwards of 130 trucks daily in the summer on top of receiving goods, helping customers, all while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Their plants run 24/7 to provide the block I need for my business and their reps are always there to help me. Totally recommend!

This company has the worst customer service ever. If you want to waste your time come here. Several times I've been told one thing on the phone and when I show up the story and pricing has changed. They couldn't care less about customers! Don't believe the good reviews. It takes hours to load a pallet.

I couldn't be more disappointed. They are slow but we live an hour north and didn't want to drive to Draper for Belgard product. We drove down twice to decide what was needed for our project. My husband spent time on phone with Christian or Chris? He was able to get enough of the product we needed reserved and then drove all the down there with our son because we needed two trucks only to find out that some took christian's name off our order and sold it to someone else.

We are so mad They didn't really care The lady that acted like she would help my husband couldn't care less He had to take a color we didn't originally want to try and get our project done and not drive down there again This company or at least their employees have no integrity and I'm disgusted at how their word means nothing and they inconvenience others with no recompense It's all about money and if we need any of this product again, I would certainly go farther away to not deal with such dishonesty

Purchased 108 blocks for a small little project. They loaded my truck and let me split my pickup into 3 loads. They even pointed me to "seconds" they had that saved me. The project ended up being half the cost I had planned on.

They no longer will sell to the public OR let my landscaping company setup an account there. Employee was flippant with her responses to my questions and made me feel like I didn't belong there. mainly because I DON'T! I will take my business somewhere else.

Amcor is a great place to look at paver products. They have a great display out front. Not really the best place to buy products. It's better to buy through one of their local distributors.

Not consumer friendly. I needed to pick up a small order of block to match a previous large project in my back yard. I got stuck in a 2 hour line with big flat beds being loaded to get my stuff. Worse I wasted even more time before getting in line because of their poor instructions. Don't do a project with their block if you aren't close in the first place. Getting a few extra blocks is a nightmare.

We had a large project in our yard where we needed wall block to build a retaining wall. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. They treated us with every respect. They offered very good advice and ideas and ended up giving us a great deal on a beautiful wall. I would highly recommend working with them on your next project.

Amcor customer service is non existent. We had a huge backyard project and worked with our landscaper to get it started (we had a great landscaper by the way) Well, the project included a big patio with a pre-built fireplace, wood boxes and BBQ from Belgard, a product Amcor makes. The project started in June and was supposed to be completed in about 4 weeks.

It is now the middle of September and we are extremely angry and frustrated with Amcor. First they said the BBQ and Fireplace production would be delayed a couple of weeks, it then changed to 4 weeks, then 6, then they said it would be delivered at the end of August, but only the fireplace showed up (they forgot to load the other items). Instead of rectifying this issue by loading the other items up right away, they waited another 3 weeks before doing so.

We still have not received our products. We have been without a back yard all summer and will be lucky to have our project finished before it snows. Did Amcor or Belgard do anything to compensate us? Of course not, along with terrible customer service in which many phone calls and messages were left unanswered, they then tried to palm us off with a meager $500 discount or money off our next project. If they think we will ever use them again they must be crazy. Needless to say, we would not recommend you use this company.
