Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Not even sure this is a real company. I emailed their team twice a week for 7 weeks and they still haven't even gotten us the CAD images we paid for. We missed the deadline of our job and wasted a ton of time. Do not risk your time or your money here Service: Tile work replacement

This is week 3 of no response to my emails and phone calls we have yet to receive a call or order confirmation. You better believe the charge has gone through. So we have paid for a product we have not even received a confirmation for. The number listed on the website rings and no one answers. I have left messages that have gone unanswered. To this date we have not received an order confirmation because no one will call us or confirm the order. Buy elsewhere. This is not how you want to spend your time and money.

DO NOT ORDER from Medallion Depot. Upon placing my order I was told my order will be shipped within 3-4 weeks which was fine. 4 weeks passed, I called to get the status of the shipment which I was told they were running behind in production and will be shipped the next 5 days (which was another lie). Finally, after 2 months of waiting; I called to cancel my order because they had no intention of shipping my order.

I was told that my money was refunded which was not true. I waited 5 days and called my credit card company to dispute the charges. I went online and found the same marble Medallion on Etsy for $150 less and got it in less than 5 days. Don't settle for these phony companies.

We ordered our medallion in July. I had read the reviews so I decided to call and check and confirm that the same would not happen to us. After confirming that it would take approximately 6 weeks we placed our order. Well 6 weeks past and nothing. After contacting them again we were told 2 more weeks. Ok gave them another 2 weeks. After contacting them again now after another month, they are saying another 2 weeks.

This is absolutely ridiculous and not fair. They should let you know upfront how long it's going to take so you can make your decision to order or not. You can't be promised one thing and you plan accordingly and then told another. I just cancelled my order after waiting 12 weeks ( two and 1/2 times the time promised)

Order number #7053 from October 2020 Placed an order and was expecting it around 8 weeks later that is what we were told the delivery time frame was at that time. Called several times and never heard back emailed several times and finally got a response from someone who says they work in the warehouse and they will help with the order. It arrived late January of 2021 after several attempts made to contact the company

Placed an order in May, heard nothing for a couple weeks. Contacted the seller via.txt. Was told orders take 6-8 weeks. No where does it say this on the website. After 10 weeks, attempted to contact the seller through various methods. Absolutely no response. Had to get a refund through a Credit Card Dispute. I think this company is out of business. Do Not Buy.

Ordered a medallion in July. Was to be delivered end of August or early September. Email not answered about delivery. Finally I was contacted after calling. I was told a new date for shipping. That date comes and goes. Yesterday I was told it will ship in a few days. Contractor can only do installation the beginning of next week because he's so busy.

Won't workout because the medallion still won't be here. Now I get to look at cracked concrete foyer until I can get a new tile plan and an installer. Never kept informed about delays. After 3 months I'm done.

We placed an order 2 months back and have not yet received it. We were given incorrect information regarding when the medallion will ship on multiple occasions, when we were able to reach the sales team. Attempts to cancel the order have been futile. We eventually received the medallion. And the medallion is really nice and high quality. Experience with sales team could have been much better, but appreciate the final deliverable.

Amazing products! Custom floor medallions and waterjet cut tile. They also have in stock mosaics.

I have received my order late then promised but still I decide to give 5 stars because the quality and packaging was done very well. The medallion that I have received looks exactly like in the picture they advertised. Also measurements are precise. My suggestion is when you order from Medallion Depot plan ahead and give extra time but for quality no problem at all.

I was initially attracted to this website because of their LOW prices. I was comparing them to other websites and Medallion Depot consistently had the lowest price. I initially ordered only 1 but after seeing the quality and design, I went ahead and ordered the other 3 that I needed. I needed them for a dinner party I was having. There were some delays in transit but I was well aware that medallion Depot couldn't do anything about it.

I don't think it's fair that I reduce their rating because of that, especially since everything else was perfect. Customer service was excellent and the products I received are exceptional. When I called to inquire about delays, the rep with Whom I dealt was very kind and informed. Day of dinner party: My guests were awed at my ceilings. They certainly loved the medallions and I loved seeing my guests enjoy the ambiance. I made certain they knew where to get theirs from!

Incredible Service! I ordered a Medalliion and it arrived in perfect condition. Upon installation we broke a part of it. When I called to inquire about a replacement piece I actually spoke to a person, not leave a message, or computer generated system, and they were helpful and responsive. The broken section arrive 2 days later! It's now complete and look beautiful. This comany is awsome!
