Had some issues ordering a mill/drill for a customer with the preferred one not being available due to non anticipated sales. Spoke with Mitchell and he gave me some options that would hopefully suit my customer. Turns out the customer was happy with the suggestion and required urgent delivery. Emailed all the details to Mitchell on a Thursday afternoon and lo and behold the unit turns up in Darwin on Tuesday morning, delivered to the customer before lunch and in use by 2pm that day.
