They are full of it. UNDER NEW MANAGMENT means HE IS THE BROTHER of one of the orginial owners. He took over and fired the orginial staff. The nice girl and the older man from the begining who helped them establish the business. Don't be fooled.

+1 star for the install. +1 star for kindness and being partially accountable. -2 stars for selling damaged quartz and blaming the supplier. -1 star for untimely response to messages and for being partially unaccountable. Warning to customers: If purchasing quartz, or any other stone for that matter, check the finished product in direct sunlight before it is installed. Updated on June 17th: Dreamstone offered to replace the defective countertop they installed.

I agreed to have the island counter replaced, but did not agree to replacing the counter along the wall as we had very expensive backsplash installed that sits on top of the counter. Dreamstone insisted they wouldn't damage the backsplash, but I didn't buy it and even the installer said the backsplash would be damaged. Didn't want the headache and was willing to live with a defective stone. So, instead of replacing the piece, I requested a credit that was negotiated down.

I accepted their counter offer for a credit, and now I'm just getting excuses and remarks about this post. Not good business. Square up and do the right thing. Otherwise, my voice will continue to speak out.

Highly recommended! Experience was incredible from first stop in showroom through choosing granite to the installation. Extremely fast from selection snd measurements to install! Under a week! Installer did great job and left everything spotless!

Previously I posted a negative review as I was not happy with the fact that in order for my countertop to have a finished look I would have to pay for the caulking. I wrote to the owner and he has now agreed to pay the employee who did it on their own time. The princess was unbelievable, I put my money down on. Monday morning, Monday afternoon Mo was here measuring, 11 days later the new quartz top was installed.

They were very neat and left everything nicely cleaned up. This past Saturday Leo did the caulking, it is done it is complete snd I am a happy camper. Thanks for making good on this Mo.

Dreamstone installed our granite one week ago. They did a beautiful job. Very professional! We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend their service

Terrible experience. From the start there were issues and problems, prices kept changing, the cabinets we ordered Had to switched out with other cabinets, quartz was cut with rounded corners without asking and had to be recut and is now short, cabinet installers are sloppy and unprofessional, there are chips and cracks on all of the cabinets, one was replaced it was so badly damaged, I was promised another replacement, but they just wood puttied the chips. Installer cut my window trim instead of cutting their incorrect size piece of quartz. Weeks behind schedule were done with them and nothing is right, we are very unhappy with everything. Pick someone else for your quartz and kitchen. Too many problems with these guys.

Months ago, right before the COVID-19 lockdown, we started to visit many countertop fabricators, installers, and suppliers for our new kitchen. Granite, marble, or quartz? We knew that we wanted a light color counter and with our spice pallet, it was going to stain. So we opted for granite because of its heat resistance. Sharing our plans with several installers, the quotes were all over the place.

The granite we had chosen was a type that was highly available. There's quite a bit in the market. Of course, each company had their own "reasons" for their quotes. Even with our waterfall design, we were not expecting the quotes to be so high. We had known of Dreamstone because we lived in the area for several years. We had visited Coopersburg before.

Without even a site visit, they quoted our plan quickly via e-mail. After the lockdown ended, we drove to their Bethlehem shop to work with Mo and Leo, so we could see what was in stock. When they had lots of our specific stone choice in stock, we made the final deal then and there. 50% now, 50% after installation. Countertops of our size (approx. 8' by 4' island with waterfall, and plenty of perimeter counters) are not cheap.

But Dreamstone didn't break the bank either. Five business days was all Mo needed between template and installation. We've had friends that told us it would be much longer. In fact, that's what Mo delivered. Five business days after the templating process, they were there to install. The installation crew was great and were there for a few hours ensuring the seams were invisible and cutting holes on-site. It's one of the most prominent features in our new kitchen and we couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend Mo and Dreamstone Granite and Marble to anyone needing countertops.

Sue was great. the installers terrible. one countertop is skewed. they broke existing tiles. the joints are uneven. sink opening was cut wrong and they filled the gap with about 3/8 of silicone. had the owner come and see their work. he couldn't care less and didn't know how to read a tape measure. avoid at all costs.

Horrible experience. Promised an install date and refused to keep their promise. Had to hound them to come measure, had to make various phone calls along the way that were not answered. Yelled and screamed at me on the phone when I told them I wanted my deposit back the day that was promised and they refused to come. The only person that had any integrity was the store sales rep.

Will have to spend more money to sue them to get my deposit back. Found a company in Allentown that felt sorry for Dreamstones treatment and agreed to install more quickly then normal to limit my financial penalty for not having a construction project finished by the deadline. Dreamstone created the problem and cared less that I was being penalized

Good price, but a terrible experience. Staff is disorganized, unpleasant, unresponsive, lots of errors at every step. Granite delivered was damaged or incorrectly edged, there seems to be zero quality control. Getting errors corrected was a nightmare and took weeks. Any cost savings were wiped out by paying other construction help to oversee and to keep them from doing an even worse job. Our other construction vendors were appalled at their trying to install clearly damaged pieces. You get what you pay for.
