Passeri Marble

When they came out to measure and assess the cost of our project, we found the original estimate for marble sills at the base of our new windows reasonable. We accepted their bid. They kept adding additional costs at each stage of the work. The cost increases were misrepresented, unjustified and they never did this additional work. In the first week of November their email stated they would finish in one week; January 5th.

We finally are done with them. We will have to repair the holes they left in our dry wall, but we are glad to be done with them. We paid them for work they never did. The woman running the shop was frenetic, unreliable and unprofessional. We are finishing a total rehab, with roofers, siding, windows, painters, carpenters etc.- It is tough to do a project like this right now. Of all the tradesmen involved, Passeri was the least professional and the most careless along with their gift of personal baggage. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Very satisfied redid my floors perfect job done. I see reviews about how long the job took but honestly i knew Debbie wasn't a fly by night this person and company have been in business for 30 years and after much researching this was by far the best choice. Her work is amazing and if you want the best be patient because its worth it. I could not imagine how i thought it would look and after consulting with the owner she gave me advise where the end work so far exceeded my expectations it was like artwork.

If you want the best work with the best ideas call passeri if you want the job done in a day call the guy down the street who may or may not speak your language and who may or may not do the job right or at all.

Do not do business with this women she will lie to you even after you pay her and drag you waiting for years for an install she cannot be trusted

Does not pay subcontractors that do the work. Had to pay someone else to complete job. Worst company ever.

Worst company I have dealt with in my entire life. This is my first time reviewing any company online, but felt compelled since I've never been dealt with so unprofessionally. I would give them no star if it was available. I ordered some simple shower thresholds from Debbie the owner. I should have been a sign not to use them, when it took me over 1 month of calling every week for her to give me a price to fabricate it.

Finally after giving her the deposit she said she would have it done in short order since it was an extremely simple job. After almost two months of calling multiple times I would get excuses like "Im not in the office now, l call you when I get back" and never call me. She would also tell me they were real busy they would get to it tomorrow and tomorrow never came.

Over a month later of incessant calling she said it was almost done that it would be ready in the morning. Then when I called the following week she forgot she told me it was almost done, and said they hadn't even started it. At this point I saw no end in sight as she would always use the same three excuses. The only thing the owner Debbie does well is answer the phone when you call.

I finally requested a refund for the deposit I gave her which she agreed to send back. Now I'ts been two weeks of calling to see when Im going to get my deposit returned. I'm getting the same exact excuses as before, "I'm not in the office now I call you when I get back. Stay far away unless your a masachist. Max

Have worked with this company on several projects since 2003. The knowledge and expertise given by this company can not be beat! The work is of the highest quality and the prices are great. Would not bring my business anywhere else

Run from this company! they installed broken marble backsplash a year ago, came took the pieces out in october 2020 to replace. seven months later they keep making appointments and not showing up. if i could give them zero stars i would.

Both Dane Johnson and Alan Smith Martuneac are community members at our condo complex that due to personal ego issues are attempting to slander Passeri Marble's owner. this is just plain childish.

Passeri Marble did a wrong and bad job on our pool deck and we are still waiting for its completion. Stay away!

The owner purchased from out of state a stone unsuitable for any pool deck not as specified and more likening to fireplace construction. She spent thousands over our budget repairing it and expects us to pay for it. Still not finished since October 2018. Regards, President HOA

Awful customer service. Debbie never returns your calls only if you owe her money.over 3 months just to replace my counter tops and backsplash.leaves job incomplete and cuts corners. I had to call my handyman to clean up her mess. Do not use her!

Last July (2017) I got a permit to renovate my bathroom. Since then the old walls and floor was removed new plumbing was installed the toilet and shower faucet was delivered. The last work of installing the pan liner was done about six weeks ago. I was told by Debbie she had the wall board and was going to install it after the pan was installed. When they removed the old tile the drain was clogged from the wall board waste.

Six weeks later she had her worker fix the problem. I have tried to call her about 10 times left messages no reply. The tile and shower door has not been delivered. I have been with out a bath room almost a year.

A very unprofessional company and specifically the owner Debbie Potak. They completely did not supply the quality or professionalism required in the construction industry. Myself and my wonderful clients are very unhappy.

Debbie: I am asking that you to take responsibility for your company and what you and your employes are saying to the client. I asked that stone to be cleaned and sealed.

The electrical holes to be corrected. If the cutting board is a issue for you keep it! If it was me and you had these issues I would have done what ever I could to resolve and move on! But that's me being wanting to make my client happy. This is not my first kitchen. I have used grante in All of my designs. I would not want anyone to spill wine or what ever not to mention the grease from the stove.

I can't tell you how to run your business but when some calls and leave a message for you and someone else calls YOU need to respect the person enough to call them back. You come into peoples homes to sell your company but you seems you don't come back when there are issues? There will be 3 contractors at the house today and if YOU come over they will be glad to discuss there findings.

Call Drew and he will call you in at the gate. I have email access on any reply. I have left the razor blade on the counter left by your employees. You still have not addressed the tax on labor and material. Thanks David

I had the best experience with Passeri Marble and Debbie who happens to be the owner. She took me out to her marble yard I told her what I was looking for she had a great selection and great prices. Delivery was as expected and when I saw my counter it was outstanding the workmanship was unbelievable. But better than that had experience with plumber breaking my sink after Debbie's crew installed and Debbie was such a lady she took over tole me to have new sink delivered to her place and she would have her man come back and reinstall at no charge folks that is a business woman who gets 10 stars in my book! I highly recommend this company.

This company is a complete sham. They ruined my apartment. My floors are cracking everywhere. The damages they did are in the six figure range. They hire unlicensed subs and do not inform the homeowners. The owner takes no responsibility for the poor job done. Run away and hire a legitimate company. I was shown the pictures that the business has posted. That is not the job I got. See my pictures. If you are contemplating using Passeri Marble for any jobs contact me. Check out BBB complaints.

This is the second time that I used Passeri Marble and I was extremely satisfied both times. Debbie has very good color and design sense and she prevented me from making an incorrect selection. I was trying to match a new counter top to my existing floor tileand she guided me in the right direction. With her help my guest bathroom turned out beautiful.

Passeri has a good selection, prices are fair, and they were able to meet my time schedule. The best part is you only pay for the amount of the slab you use. I would recommend checking them out.

We had two great experiences with Passeri. Yes at times might seem a llittle busy, but for both of our projects (which were not very large) Debbie took the time to take our tile and mosaic samples into her yard which has a large selection of marble and granite and steer us to just the right selection. She prices her installations based on the material used and her price on three counter tops was hundred of dollars different than other suppliers In one case, our counter top needed to be installed on a certain date so that other work could begin.

She met this deadline with a day or two to spare. Her installation crews work quickly and left absolutly no mess behind. There was a small touchup needed on the most recent installation and she had someone at my home the next day to take care or it. I have and will continue to recommend this company

Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. It took me 2 weeks just to get the owner Deb to actually take my order. After she took the order which was a week long process of back and forth I was told the tile would take two days to come in. (That was 6 weeks ago) it's been a series of I'm with a customer right now I'll call you back. (She NEVER calls back).

Or she's "not in" I'll have her call you back. Which I KNOW she never will. I can't believe this woman is still in business. Anywhere else in the country she'd be out of business already WHATEVER you do, do NOT order from this company. I gave half the cost deposit I'm going to call my CC and have charges reversed. Save yourself the aggravation
