Great service. Worked with Sam there. I have a rehearsal studio and was skeptical I could get the noise reduced from outside construction ( I am in NYC). Sam could not have been nicer. I got what I needed in time and it was really top quality and amazingly worked in greatly reducing the sound outside my studio. A+ company!

Deserves zero stars customer service lacks professionalism sales manager Sam is rude and may be competent in sales but not in customer service refuses to answer phone calls takes weeks to return calls and avoids answering direct questions DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY you may never receive your purchase but you will get charged for it

Sam the sales executive is rude with zero customer service skills. I know my order was only for 4 pcs. But that is no excuse for ignoring my order and when being told it is being shipped, it isn't and when I call a week later I get a reply of its only 4 pcs. I'm still waiting for my order of course they charged my quickly but still have not delivered. I'm considering legal action if the panels do not show up within the next couple days.
