Services
Range Guard 45 (RG.45) has been engineered to address the Fire Resistance requirements of Rubber Bullet Traps. Our technology responds to the high temperature of spent rounds by isolating them away from the rubber material through a chemical process. This reduces the risk of fire. RG.45 has been tested and has a Class A rating for the ASTM E108-11 meeting both Federal, State, and local requirements.
RG.45 Ballistic has been developed and formatted as a fire-retardant for ballistic panels. Traditional ballistic panels are effective with absorbing rounds but have challenges with heat, flame, and unspent gunpowder. The RG.45 Ballistic has been developed to address this range of safety concerns related to fire.
Fabric Seal S Synthetic Fibers (FS-S)is an application ready, water-based fire retardant designed for treatment of synthetic fabrics. FS-S is mix of proprietary ingredients, which forms a carbon char when the treated fabric is exposed to fire. Once the carbon char is formed there will be minimal flame propagation, smoke evolution or afterglow.
FX-100 is a clear two-part, intumescent coating with a substantially lower activation temperature than other intumescent coatings. This early protection allows the use of FX-100 on substrates that most intumescent coatings cannot protect, including wood, some plastics, and other combustible substrates with low ignition temperatures.
