All of our gutters and downspouts are shipped in specially made crates to prevent damage. Our shipping methods have been extensively tested to ensure your product arrives at its destination damage free. We ship via Common Carrier or UPS and can accommodate next day and 2nd day air shipments. These gutters are beautiful, great colors to pick from. Big box stores and gutter businesses that install did not have these colors. Shipping was fast via freight, no seams except where there is a corner. Customer service is fantastic, they email you immediately when you have questions before ordering. I highly recommend this company!

Amazing company with clients best interest at hand. I am an Architect in New York, I ordered 6" half round gutters and various material for my personal house. I received a call, not an email from Gutter Supply stating that some of the items I order will not work with the 6" half round gutters I ordered. They walked me through the purchase order and corrected what was needed/required with the 6" half round gutter.
I don't think any company would tell you not to purchase something, but this company has a great service and attention to detail. I will definitely order the remaining gutters and supplies along with recommend all my clients to purchase from this reputable company. Great job.! Brandon

The quality of the product was good and the customer service even better. Over the span of 3 phone calls Sean spent over 1 hour helping me understand what to order, the steps and process for the installation of 6 half circle copper guttering around my pavilion which with Sean's help and advice the project came out great. WOW! These guys (and gals!) are GREAT! I was ordering online and I had a few questions. I called and a really nice guy who helped me with my order. After I completed my online order an even NICER lady called me to verify my order and to ask if I had forgotten anything. I was unsure if I had forgot anything so she went over with me (item by item) what I had forgot to order.
She added those items to my order and she were SO patient! The materials got picked up and installed without a problem! We WILL be buying as much of our gutter material here as possible! You guys are AWESOME!

I have been going here for a few years and they really are 5 stars they are always polite and helpful they give me what I ask for and the product is always in good shape. I think there was a small mistake on a price once and rather then charge me more they just gave it to me at the price we discussed.
