We have used All Star to replace all the windows in our old house. Most recently they replace our front windows. The pandemic supply chain didn't make it easy but the All Star team kept us up to date and made the extra effort to get the windows installed before a family wedding. Needed 7 windows updated/replaced. I called three other window installers and their prices were 2x the amount if not 3x the amount of all star products. The customer service and the quick response was impressive. They were very candid and transparent with the pros and cons and various types of windows. When the windows were installed, I was out of town and they had a quick response when I needed them to come back & answer questions regarding the installation/cleaning of the windows. Very friendly, very professional. I highly recommend them!

We needed several windows and a sliding door replaced in our home. The remaining windows that didn't need replacement had been done by All Star Products in the past. So, I gave Max, longtime Owner a call and he came out to measure, in order to provide what was a fair, reasonable and detailed estimate. He was very pleasant, honest, interesting to speak with, did not pressure us, and was full of useful knowledge.

The two installers were very nice, accommodating, efficient, hard working, and did an excellent job with the window and door installations, as well as the clean vinyl trim and the clean-up! David, a Managing Partner, was friendly and had notified me that the team would be able to do the installation a month earlier than expected, which was a welcomed surprise.

He also came by at the end of the project to ensure that we were happy, answer any questions, share useful tips, and to inspect a job well done. The windows and doors are made of high quality materials that are built to last and energy efficient. The team pays attention to detail, such as using the best caulk, which does make a big difference. Upon the recommendation I found in my neighborhood Facebook group, I called All Star Products for new windows. Max Jacobsen, the president, arrived at my house on time and proceeded to not sell me windows. That's correct. He looked at the three I was considering replacing and showed me with precision and patience exactly what was wrong and how I could operate them without trouble.

He must have been here for around 40 minutes (and didn't make a dime!). Naturally, he will be the first person I call (and probably the last) when I do need to replace my windows. Essentially, he saved me a few thousand dollars. He's a rare gem. I highly recommend.

Max and his team are #1! We were in the market to replace our old windows and saw Max's reviews and we were impressed. Max (owner) and his installation team are very professional and our window replacement project went very smoothly. The team protected our floors and carpeting. They cleaned up the debris from the work. Immediately after the windows have been replaced I'm very satisfied with their quality of work and the windows. This is the second house which I've put in the Alside Mezzo windows.

The window quality was great after 6 years at the first house so I have great expectations for these windows. Give Max a chance to earn your business. I believe you be another satisfied customer.

This was one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They were on time with their appointments. The price was the best for the brand of window they sell. The order period was as expected during this Covid economy and the installation was very professional, fast and complete, including caulking, capping and cleanup. The installation crew was very affable, professional and courteous. And they handled some minor issues without question. I strongly recommend them.

After a referral from another company, I called All Star Products on a Monday to have two windows in my attic replaced. The person I spoke with was kind and polite, said they could help me and scheduled an appointment for 1pm Friday. I was clear the job was for 2 windows and that I had been referred by another company who couldn't take on the job since they had a 5 window minimum.

On Friday, no one showed up. When I had heard nothing by 1:20, I called. The individuals I spoke with were polite and apologetic that the appointment had not been kept. I was told I would receive a call back in a bit because the owner was tied up dealing with an issue that he could not step away from at that time. When we did finally speak a little after 2pm, I was politely told they couldn't do a job as small as 2 windows.

Wouldn't be worth the labor cost of sending the crew. I sincerely wish, however, that they had told me they were not available up front instead of having me wait a week for the appointment, arrange my Friday around the appointment, call them when no one showed up, wait another hour for a follow up call, and then be told they could not do the work putting me back at square one, one week later.

I understand contractors and companies are busy and trying to keep up with demand but this is just a waste of my time and energy. I am frustrated by businesses that book the appointment, don't show up, and then cancel after the fact because the job is too small.

Great company all around. From the sales to the installation everything was the best. Appreciated the sales as they were one of four estimates that I solicited and the ONLY company not to inquire about the other companies or try to discredit them. Honest, to the point and professional. The installation crew was amazing. They were very personable and worked like a well oiled machine while being incredibly diligent in making sure that the work was professionally completed. Would recommend All Star to anyone looking for the best window buying experience one could ask for.

Windows are great. Max was out quickly and gave me fair and accurate pricing. Was given a 6-7 week time frame for the windows to be made, and they were delivered and installed in half that time. Installers were great. They worked quickly and cleaned up very well also. Great experience, highly recommend All Star Products.

Max is very knowledgeable and explained to me different options, budget and what would be a best option for my budget (considering 36 windows and a large eye brow window). The installation crew is very friendly, cleaned up after the installation process.

Not only a great product at an affordable price (lower cost than equivalent products from other providers), but installation done by caring longtime very caring and professional employees. I've used them for 2 large patio doors and 4 windows in a strict association. One more patio door to go. Thank you Max!

It took me a while to write this review.lol. About 2 years ago, we called All Star to build a patio slide door and a bay window for the living room. Max was very knowlegable and understood what we wanted and his crew was very professional. The crew did an excellent job! they took their time to leave everything in perfect condition. even the cleanup.

High carpentry skills and very respectful. We love our bay window since we have a great view. And our patio slide door is gorgeous as well! Would highly recommend All Star P.!

This is my second time using All Star Products and I was concerned that the experience would not be as good as my first time. I was so wrong, it was even better. This time I purchased 9 additional windows in the same brand and style. Max explained all the options and affiliated cost. His price was great and the product is wonderful. The installation couldn't have gone better.

This crew removed my 60 year old windows with minimum disruption. When they finished, the windows looked absolutely perfect. I looked and looked but couldn't find one spec of trash or dust. It's so refreshing to use a company that has product knowledge, professionalism and a great price! I am one happy customer!

I recently bought a home that needed a lot of work. I did get a few quotes for my windows and almost fell in to the trap of believing "if you pay more, it must be better". I stopped my self, thankfully, from going with a much more expensive quote from a name brand window replacement company. I checked the reviews on AllStar and decided to go with them for my first set of windows.

I didn't replace everything all at once and decided to do it in stages. I tried AllStar, if it didn't work I could always go to the big name replacement company. Thankfully I chose AllStar. They were honest, sent me the quotes when they said they would, gave me a couple options and showed me the cost difference-all the things I needed. The windows arrived when they said they would and were installed quickly.

The guys installing were friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I have more windows to replace and will be calling AllStar. I have also decided to let them do my doors and will use them for my siding when I am ready to replace that as well. If you want to brag about spending big bucks and dropping names, then look elsewhere. If you want quality products at reasonable prices with good service, call All Star.

Since 1997, I have retained All Star Products for three different projects at my residence, most recently the installation of two new front doors. In each case, I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their products and service. Further, their charges were exceptionally competitive. If you are looking for replacement windows or doors, I would recommend that you consider smaller organizations such as All Star that have decades of positive customer reviews and consistently go the extra mile to satisfy the customer -- and that can offer you a better deal financially. They are outstanding on all fronts.

My husband and I were in desperate need of Windows for our townhouse. So desperate we had a garden growing inside the window : I had done a lot of research and had narrowed down four quotes. Max at all star was the first one to come out. As my husband and I both work in sales one of the things we absolutely appreciated about Max was his honesty and his no push attitude.

I get so annoyed when salespeople try and "sell me", I don't know if it's cause I work in a similar industry but it drives me crazy. Max was straight and to the point and answered all of my questions and was super honest when I asked him exactly what Windows need to be replaced. He never tried to upsell me, and I got the impression that he genuinely cared.

Since this was my first quote, we respectfully said we would get back to him. At the end of the day though, his prices were the best and his personality and truthfulness is what won. We went ahead and ordered with him, he was super great and able to work with our finances as well. At the same time my father was looking for Windows and asked Max to come give him a quote among others as well and my father is a very difficult man to please and even he ended up ordering Windows from Max!

Both my husband and Father and I are super pleased with the windows and the teams did a great job installing them in both houses and everything was properly sealed and looks clean and it's already warmer in our house! Thanks!

I recommend All Star Products to anyone who even mentions they are considering replacement windows or exterior work on their home. Max, the owner, has been working in this business for a long time and he is an honest guy who cares about making a positive impression. We first met with Max last June, and he was thorough and informative without being pushy in any way.

He emailed us his quote several days later and we were very satisfied with his prices. We weren't able to make the financial commitment at that time, but he honored the same price several months later when we gave him the go-ahead. He was willing to work with us on doing a few windows at a time or everything all at once. He also gave us several options for financing, which made our decision to move forward much easier.

Our windows were ready to be installed about 4 weeks after we placed our order, just as Max had told us. The guys who installed our windows were experienced and friendly and they worked hard for the two days they were there. They really did leave the place cleaner than when they started! The windows look great and we have received many compliments.

The windows were installed at the beginning of November, just in time for colder weather, and they have made such a difference in terms of the warmth in our home. We are so very pleased! I have referred others to Max and his company and they, too, have been impressed with his professionalism and prices. When we have the budget for more exterior work on our home, we will certainly be contacting Max again.
