With fabricating plants in Bordentown, New Jersey, Gastonia, North Carolina and Vidalia, Georgia, we offer virtually every type of fabrication necessary to supply your needs. Through the years Pacor has developed an impressive array of fabricating capabilities, including die cutting, CAD driven cutting systems, laminating, slitting, kiss cutting, industrial sewing, and others.
Pacor partners with all major manufacturers of thermal and acoustic insulation materials for commercial (OEM) and industrial applications. Pacor features aerogel, fiberglass, mineral wool and ceramic fiber materials. Customers can request a specific manufacturer or receive multiple options based on the performance specified.
Foam insulation is low cost solution for both thermal and acoustic insulation needs. It is an excellent material for gasketing and sealing. Products can be ordered with or without pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) and can be fabricated in a number of ways to meet your requirements. Availability: Sheets, 48" x 96" (standard).
Many of the materials Pacor offers are effective at reducing sound transfer as well as heat transfer. Mass loaded vinyl barrier, foams, fiberglass and mineral wools are very effective at noise abatement. Availability: Sheets, 48" x 96" (standard).
