They are very deceptive in their business practices. I ordered concrete and because it got delivered in two trucks they charged me two delivery charges of $231.00 for each truck. I called them to ask them why because I just had ordered the same amount of concrete from L&L and they only charged 1 delivery charge for two trucks. Unfortunately L&L couldn't supply the other needed concrete.
The rude man on the phone said that's just the way we do it around here. I said you dispatcher didn't advise there would be two delivery charges of $231.00. He gave no explanation just hung up on me. So I would definitely recommend L&L of Mersion!

I called Mershon on 12/1/20 for price and availability of EP Henry products and spoke to John. We had a decent convo until I asked for an item that I said was backordered at other local yards. John attempted to reprimand me by stating "not to call all the yards in the area for backordered items." Am I not supposed to have John do his job and check stock in his yard and with the manufacturer? Am I supposed to know the hardscape industry's distribution before calling Mershon? Am I supposed to deal with attitudes when attempting to give Mershon my money for products? I suggest "yard guys" stay in the yard so someone can provide a smidge of customer service when the phone rings.

I ordered concrete a couple of weeks ago. They sent me a hot load the driver had to put about 75 gallons on 5 yards and it still set up to fast. When I called in to complain about it the guy really didn't want to hear it or help me. I would never use this company again. Worst experience I ever had with a concrete distributor No quality control rep just down right rude mannerless people never again

Long story short I am not extremly experienced, and the guy knew that and told me what I needed. I thought I needed more for a small patio 525 square feet. But he told me I didnt need so much gravel, and told me which gravel to use for two different things. They are helpful, know what they are doing, CHEAPER THEN ANYWHERE ELSE I WENT, and nice.
