As a partner in Dolan & Traynor Inc. (Marketing Distributor of DuPont Corian Surfacing Materials), I worked closely with Bill Prusiensky of Custom Counters By Precision (CCBP), from day one. Quickly, Bill's young company grew into one of the largest, most well-respected Wholesale Fabricators/Installers of Corian in the Metropolitan Area (while gaining notoriety with DuPont's Executive Teams). As a top customer, CCBP was purchasing multiple 7-figure amounts of Corian and maintaining a very large open line of credit with us.

Bill (owner) and the folks at Custom Counters are the best. They came in and designed exactly what I wanted, which was a well-proportioned and beautiful Uba Tuba granite countertop (with backsplash) for a standalone base counter. And the installation was very quick and painless. The installers arrived within the scheduled appointment period and no mess was left behind. I strongly recommend Custom Counters.

I'd gladly give them more than 5 stars if I could. When we stopped by the showroom to pick out samples for our small kitchen project we met Bill. Bill, who we learned is the owner, is a great guy, he helped us out tremendously. He went above and beyond, showing us many samples and helping us find a stone that was perfect. I can't say enough about him and honestly, he is such a great guy to deal with.
Everyone who we spoke to throughout the ordering process was amazing. From Jess and Cassie, in the back office who were extremely polite, pleasant helpful to Omar who came for templating and measuring to the installers who were prompt and punctual. They came on time and on the day it was promised. Custom Countertops by Precision will definitely help make your next project perfect.

On 8/13/2020, an incident occurred at my home involving Custom Counters by Precision who were installing my kitchen counter tops. The appointment was for the workers to come between 12:00-3:00 pm. At 3:30 pm the workers arrived while no one was at the house. At 3:56 pm, I was alerted there was motion detected from my home security camera on the 2nd floor, where the only 2 bedrooms are located.
The video showed both workers walking to the top of the stairs making the turn towards bedrooms and the red security light alerted them. The first worker quickly turned around and forewarned the other worker in Spanish there was a camera. They retreated down the stairs and you hear them moving the plastic curtain which was hanging up and taped to the walls as a barrier to prevent dust and workers from going upstairs.
I called the office and asked Jessica if there was any reason the workers should be going upstairs where my bedrooms are located. Jessica told me, "No." I explained what transpired, my concerns and how I was not okay with what happened. She said she would speak with the owner, Bill Prusiensky. On this same day, Jessica and I exchanged several emails including one that stated she spoke with Bill in regards to the installers and he asked if I could send them the video.
I did not hear back regarding the incident. Over the next few days, I made several phone calls, sent emails requesting a status update and requested Bill to contact me. I did not hear from Bill until 6 days later on Wednesday (8/19) after sending an email directly to him earlier expressing my displeasure in how the situation was being handled. Before I was able to say anything, Bill came right at me telling me he did not think it was a big deal because I did not seem overly concerned by the incident.
Bill said his workers were looking for a bathroom to which I replied there was a portable one, in fact, they parked so close to it that their car door could have hit it (see attached pictures). Bill was arrogant and told me to "go head and file a police report if you are not happy" and he would supply me with copies of his worker's driver's licenses.
He also made a reference that since I allowed his workers into my home while I was not there "what did I expect." Bill also told me to get a lawyer and take him to court. I expressed my concerns over his workers nefarious actions and his mishandling the situation. Not only was it an invasion of privacy, it was also a health and safety concern. As the country is in the middle of a pandemic with COVID, I had to sanitize my upstairs because the workers were not wearing masks also violated all the safety measures that were taken over the last few months.
When I advised Bill I had to sanitize my upstairs he unpleasantly responded, "No you didn't." (I provided Bill with a copy of the bill for $538.46 along with the numerous pictures of the location of the portable bathroom and his worker's truck). The following day, Bill had his foreman Omar call me to tell me how upset Bill was. Omar said he spoke with his 2 workers and they were "written up." Omar saw the photos of the worker's truck and the proximity of the portable bathroom.
When he questioned his workers about it, their story changed and they told him they were "looking for toilet paper." ***Following should be noted: -the portable was cleaned every week -there hasn't been a worker there in the 2 weeks previously -there are pictures to dispute their new claim -the outside cameras never show any of the workers going to the portable bathroom to even check*** The incident has been documented with the North Haledon Police Department.
The detective spoke with Bill, he stated his workers had no business going upstairs. Bill never said that to me, the home owner. The owner of Custom Counters by Precision, Bill Prusiensky, made no attempt to remedy the situation and placed blame on the customer. He was arrogant, unprofessional and inappropriate. If I had read any reviews online about an incident like this occurring I never would use that company.

Custom Counters has done multiple jobs/projects for myself and the company I work for. The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL and the outcomes are always amazing. Bill the owner personally makes sure that if any mistakes are made, they are fixed almost instantaneously. The best countertop company around!

I have had the BEST experience with Custom Counters by Precision. Jessica was exceptional and went above and beyond. Mark & June arrived on time and were respectful, professional and courteous. They took there time installing the splash guards. They cleaned up after themselves and explained how to clean the product. I highly recommend Custom Counters. Pleasure doing business.

I recently stopped by Custom Counters by Precision to discuss replacing our kitchen countertops. I was amazed at their material offerings and with their production facilities. Bill explained to me everything I needed to know about updating our Formica countertops. The measuring person came to our home on schedule, and as promised -beautiful new tops were installed in our kitchen one week later. I highly recommend Custom Counters by Precision. Their staff and craftspeople are excellent. You'll be very pleased with the results!

Avoid this company. My wife waited twice for them to come due initial measurement as they blew off making the first scheduled appointment, they screwed up the measurement so they had to come out twice for the install and this caused my wife to have to stay home twice for plumber to do the hookups. No apology, no acknowledgement not compensation for our troubles, zippo from the company.

We were given a quote for one price- in writing, and after they installed the countertop they wanted more money. They did not give a reason why they wanted more money but if we didn't pay they would rip out the new countertop and reinstall the old one. They also didn't put the seem next to the sink so I have to stare at a large ugly seem going across my counter, which was never agreed on.
The office staff seems entitled and rude. I don't care if you are an employee or the owner- all price adjustments should be in writing and agreed upon before services rendered. Extremely disappointed with this company and would never recommend them to anyone.

I hired them for a kitchen counter. when they came to install it, they damaged my cabinet and on top of this the counter was cut incorrectly. it was a total fiasco and they were non-response to return my call to correct the damage and mistakes. I called them 17 times and left messages. when I got in touch with Bill Jr., he was defensive and a bully who cursed me out and hung up the phone on me. This is the worst company I have ever done business with.

I would give zero stars if I could. We were given a window of 11am to 2pm by them so that they could take measurements for a countertop in our bathroom that we had just redone. At about 1pm, we were notified that there was "traffic" and he wouldn't be there until 4pm. So, we waited -- 4:30pm rolls around and no one is here, so I called the plumbing company who uses them for their countertop work and I was told the driver was in Connecticut. I've dealt with tons of companies, as the home we bought is an older one. We've done tons of work on it, and we've never had a problem until now (almost 5 years later).

I am extremely dissatisfied with Custom Counters. Their customer service is terrible. I had a complaint that I expressed through the Kitchen design company I was using that coordinated my counter tops. The Kitchen design company told me the owner of Custom Counters By Precision said that I signed off on the template so it's a done deal and there's nothing they will do.
The whole issue was the guy that came to do the templates, his attitude, my inability to ask questions, etc. which resulted in the fact that I wasn't given an option on something which, had I been provided the option, I would have made a different choice. In today's world where the customer is king, I would have expected more. How about an apology, or a phone call saying I'm sorry you had a bad experience, is there anything we can do? Do not use this company
