I ordered a Wyndham vanity from Home Design Center. After complete installation of the vanity and all the plumbing and faucets were in place, we noticed that there was a leak from the bottom of the sink! When we inspected closer, we saw not only one hole, but also another area that looked like it was previously patched. I called Home Design Center to speak with Batu.

I was asking for a full refund. He said he will do his best to help me. After he called Wyndham (who makes the vanity) and the corporate office for Home Design center, he said there is nothing they can do because the vanity was already installed! This cost us a lot of extra money and time but neither Wyndham nor Home Design Center were willing to compensate us for any of it.

They were very nice people to deal with, but unfortunately I will not be buying from them again because they do not back up their products. Make sure the company you purchase from has a business policy that they are willing to refund your product if there is a problem with it. I had given this company a 5 star review before all this happened and I would've left the 5 star review if they were willing to compensate us for all the trouble, but they said "there is nothing Home Design Center or Wyndham can do!" I will also warn you not to purchase any products manufactured by Wyndham since their quality assurance seems to be faulty.

I tried to speak with owner Batu again, but he put me on hold and never came back. I also spoke with Toalga from corporate who told me he will follow up with me, but I never heard back from him either and I left him several messages.

Super helpful staff, not the least bit pushy! Great products with reasonable prices. Batu helped us and was knowledgeable of all the products we liked. Made the shopping a lot less stressful than we anticipated it would be. Highly recommend them!

I am glad that I found here. I am a 65 years old young lady that I run in to this place. I met with Batu, he helped me more than my son helped me. He was very informative and direct to point. He solved all my problems all in one afternoon. He gave me all the best of what I need. Had a great experience at this place. I bought a 2 vanities a couple of years ago and today I came back to look for 3 more. I arrived at 5:15 after they were closed but was greeted by Batu who gladly help me although it was after hours. He helped me find the 3 vanities to match the 3 bathrooms and I received a great deal. Our experience with this company has been terrible. They were happy to charge our credit card $2500 for some furniture, but it's been almost a month since they promised delivery and we have still not received the furniture. In the meantime, our contractor is charging us an additional $400 due to delays caused by this late delivery, and we've had to deal without a master bathroom vanity for a month. The showroom is nice and the people are pleasant, but their follow through is terrible.

Wow! I had an amazing experience. Batu & Marjorie could not have been more helpful. They really went the extra mile to help me. When I didn't like the glass color on a unit, they came up with a way for me to get what I wanted. I ended up walking out with a beautiful new powder room vanity. It fit in the back of my SUV.
