Went into the showroom and walked around for a bit before anyone approached us. When someone did it was not the level of service we expected. I had our measurements and I shared them. The salesman kept steering us towards lesser expensive options even though my wife stated exactly what she wanted. We were told that we would get a quote emailed to us in 48 hrs. That was over 2 weeks ago. We have taken out business elsewhere.

THE.ABSOLUTE.WORST! Every opportunity they got to rip us off, they absolutely tried. When we first ordered the cabinets, we were incredibly clear with what we wanted. They told us they would give us a heads up once the cabinets were in stock. They gave us zero notice when the cabinets were received and said we had to complete demolition because the contractor was ready to come in and hang them.
We quickly completed the demolition and the contract came to take a look at everything. They told us to purchase our pot filler, range hood and microwave prior to them coming to start the work. There were a couple of plumbing pipes that needed to be raised, an air vent had to be relocated and there was some electrical work. The contractor knew about all of this and then came back to complete the necessary work.
After they completed the electrical work, they then told us it would be $4,000 to do all of the work. We were not prepared to pay because this was never brought to our attention and they threatened to leave in the middle of the work. We had no other option, so we paid them and they said it included all the plumbing, electrical work and moving of the air vent.
Well they hung the cabinets, but did not wire our drawer microwave - I guess we ordered the solar version. So I had to wire the microwave myself, the kitchen looks terrible because they hung the cabinets on plain sheetrock wall, didn't hang our range hood and there is a hole for our pot filler. The contractor said they couldn't hang the range hood or connect the pot filler because they said we had to finish the tile backsplash first.
None of this was mentioned when they told us to buy all the kitchen items. Such a terrible, horrific experience. The best part you ask - the contractor told us his dad used to run the company and he was a corrections guard. So daddy gave him a business and he is running it into the ground! STAY.AWAY!

Absolutely love this place. They came through for us at the last minute due to our other cabinet company going out of business. Elevations was quick and easy to deal with. The cabinets are very good quality and look great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for new cabinets!
