My journey for cabinets - I needed some additional Echelon cabinets to match the existing in my home. I am located in AZ and initially tried to contact the cabinet manufacturer thru multiple local and regional distributors. Needless to say there was no one West of the Mississippi that could help me. Who knew it would be so difficult to order cabinets!
I then extended my search to Google in the hopes of finding anyone in the USA that could help me. I am SOOOOOO GLAD I found Nancy at JDS Supply. From the moment I called her she was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. She listened to what I needed and was able to get the cabinets ordered and shipped directly to me from the manufacturer in a timely fashion. If you are looking for excellent customer service and great pricing on cabinets look no further than Nancy and JDS Supply. Once again - thank you Nancy!

Needed a countertop for a vanity in my hall bath. I decided to shop local and priced out a couple places. I made an appointment with JDS. Showed up on time and was kept waiting 30+ minutes due to a customer who had a bigger (kitchen $$$$$) job. Was promised estimates within a few days, had to call to prompt the estimate to be sent to me over a week later.
I was also told I would be provided details re: remnants available. Since I was on a budget and shopping around, I proposed a reasonable offer which was $200 less than asking price of about $1400 for a corian top- the same price I received for a natural marbles do granite tops elsewhere. I was given the run around when I asked about remnants. I was a sent a text response to my offer: ".nope doesnt look good I talked to our guys in the back to see if they were willing to take a 153 pay cut next week so that we could build a top a little bit cheaper.he said they all laughed and said no." Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. Unprofessional, tactless and this place clearly doesn't need business from people with smaller jobs.
Don't go here if you value your time and want to be treated like a valued customer. I received an apology only after I brought the tasteless and unprofessional text message to their attention. Horrible.
