From the day they came and did the template to the day they came to do installation was professional, friendly and extremely efficient. Carol was incredibly helpful for the whole process! Fielded all my many questions from start to finish and was always very quick to respond! Install was great as well and they quickly scheduled us in for a time constraint which was so appreciated! Could not be happier.

I have not had our install completed yet; but I can say that I did visit the showroom for an estimate this week and Bruna ( I hope I have her name right) was wonderful to work with. I had tried to reach out a few times and did not hear back. She rectified and immediately stayed late to make sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision to move forward with our project.

I can also tell you I have had a few other quotes and this is by far the most competitive and the best slabs. Many other companies source from the Boston area; who wants to drive to Boston to pick a slab. We will be using Continental Stone when we are ready for our install. We worked diligently with Continental Stone Marble and Granite to renovate my mom's condo and prepare it for selling! Carol was soooo attentive to our needs and explained everything perfectly showing us pictures of what it would look like with granite countertops we chose and tile back splash.the transformation was amazing and without spending a lot of money the kitchen looks updated and fresh!

We were very satisfied with the complete process of replacing our countertops using Continental Stone Marble and Granite. The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a good selection of granite right at there facility. We were happy to hear that we only pay for the granite we use. There is no charge if an additional slab is used.

The "template" measurement process was high-tech with a laser and tri-pod. He was very accommodating to our personal technical requests. Finally, the installation went very smoothly and right on time. I recommend this company to anyone looking for new stone countertops.

Continental Stone & Granite did an excellent job with our kitchen counter tops. From the friendly customer service helping us choose the slab of granite to the professionalism of the installation team, we were happy all around with everything. On July 21, 2020 we had granite countertops put in our kitchen from Continental stone. They did a phenomenal job! Very professional and easy to work with. I worked with Carol in the office to coordinate and choice the perfect granite for our kitchen. She also went above and beyond to help me. After going to many places looking for granite and finding it at a wholesaler we then had to find a place to install it. We found Continental Stone Marble & Granite by just happening to be in their vicinity. We told them where we found the granite and they had no problem working with them. Our salesperson there was Bruna and we told her of our concerns and our timeline.

She was more than happy to work with our schedule and our needs. When cabinets were ready they came over and laser measured for the granite. Our kitchen comprised of an L shape countertop and a 5' x 3' waterfall island. They called a few weeks later for the install and it went well. The owner even came by to make sure it was up to their standards. They called many times keeping us in the loop during the whole process. We have gotten so many compliments already.

Carol, Bibiana, Manny and the rest of the team at Continental Stone provided us with excellent and timely service. I am expecting a baby in a few weeks so I was in a bit of a time crunch but the team was able to get my counter-top installed quickly and efficiently!
