Very awesome glass supply store in the PNW. If you're into art glass, this is a place to visit to buy almost everything glass related except COE 82. In any case the service they offer is exceptional. Matt, the gentleman who helped us out is very helpful. In addition to selling art glass supplies they also offer fusing and stained glass lessons and I think materials are provided for free. Closed shoes, long pants and glasses are required to enter the store. They're pretty accommodating here so ask away if you have questions. 20% discount on orders over $250. Appointment is required so call in ahead before coming in. Gloves provided if you decided to grab scrap glass at the back- $6 per lb for fusible.

I spent a bundle here for my project. Love the selection & variety and I got what I needed after looking a few places striking out. 2 employees helped me, one was fantastic (a young guy that cut the glass for me) and the other (gal named Missy) was lacking any kind of sense of humor. She could take some customer Service classes and learn to at least pretend to want to talk to a customer. If it wasn't for the great selection I would never return just because of her.

I am in Northwest Art Glass almost every week. I fax in my order and it is ready when I get there the next day. Everyone who works there is very helpful. I've taken really small pieces of glass in that clients of mine were trying to match and he'll glance at it and tell you what it is 9 times out of 10. Most of the time they even have it in stock.
I manage one of the biggest stained glass retail shops in the Northwest and I do shop around for pricing. Their prices aren't WAY cheaper than other wholesale distributors but they do consistently have lower prices. I have no idea what B. Mor's experience was but wow. Good luck finding better prices and friendlier people. Keep in mind that they are a wholesale distributor and they are used to dealing with professionals who know what they want. This is not the place to go if you are a hobbyist just shopping around.
