Quality Floor Covering

I will never buy another appliance from anyone else. Our new fridge stopped cooling last week. I made 1 phone call to Mary Kay, the sales rep I had been working with, and in less than 2 hours I had a loaner fridge, then five minutes after he left the technician arrived to assess the issue. Best customer service ever!

Day one of working with Kelsey and we love her energy and knowledge. We are so excited to complete our new home with her. Thank you Kelsey!

Delivery driver ran me into a snow bank. Clearly not paying attention! I tried to contact the warehouse manager to make him aware and was hung up on. Very nice Nonn's!

Service and phone response was extremely poor. Would NEVER use them for even a tissue. Think twice before you purchase

The team at Nonn's has worked tirelessly for days now to help me find a match for one single tile that broke in my bathroom. They deserve the utmost praise for customer service, putting forth this much effort to please a customer who is buying even one or two tiles.

Update. As of today, Tuesday, August 31, 2021, I have not received any type of communication from Nann regarding resolution. At this point, I wouldn't trust them to follow through on their word. If I could separate the scoring to have numbers for the sales team and numbers for the product I would. Although, the sales team did sell me an overall bad product so I guess the two stars will just have to reflect on them too.

The salesman, Todd, does a great job selling inferior products. He is a great guy who is personable and helpful. Although now I have carpet in my house I learn after installation can't be vacuumed because the piling comes up. All over the house I put this terrible carpet and everywhere it has been coming up. They sent out some one to look at the carpet.

The representative said the carpet should be replaced and he would have someone get a hold of me regarding replacement. That call never came. I called them weeks later to see the progress of the claim only to learn the manufacture didn't want to replace the carpet saying the piling coming up isn't covered under warranty. I was told by Todd he will look into this further and get back to me.

It's been over a month now. I doubt I'll be getting that call. They have my money. I don't think I'll be going back. I feel I bought a product that doesn't live up to what it was hyped to. It sure is not durable.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Horrible customer service when I arrived it took about 10 minutes to have someone help me, which I thought was odd but I was ok with that. When I did receive help Annie greeted us by saying" I'm sorry I didn't realize we had an appointment" after which I reminded her the we spoke about an hour ago on the phone to notify her that I was coming in and have been communicating via email for a week.

Still I attempted to give her the benefit of doubt, my last straw was again feeling that I was inconveniencing her while looking at flooring. I was planning on spending tens on thousands between quartz countertops, flooring and backsplash but they will ever see a cent of my money. I would reconsider even stepping foot in this place!

If it was possible to rate as Zero stars, I would! We contracted Nonn's to install new flooring. Selection process was smooth. Installation was a complete disaster! First, installer was lazy and had to stay until 9:00 for two nights in order to complete project. Then, turns out installation was not done correctly. Workmanship was incredibly poor. Entire project had to be redone (not until another 7 weeks later).

As an added bonus, the first installer caused damage to our home (damaged doors, fireplace, among others). I could go on, as this is just a summary. Bottom line, if you want to deal with massive headaches and have your project take 8 weeks longer than what you signed up for, Nonn's would be great for you!

Great selection of flooring and knowledgeable staff. Salesman Todd is great! Will use there services again.

Todd C. helped me pick a carpet for my basement. He was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions and made the process very quick. We ended up going to Karastan Classic Character - chalk color. Installation crew consisted of a younger gentleman and a lady. They did an excellent job. I am so happy. Greg S. went over and beyond to design our kitchen.

He worked the weekend just to get the final design completed. Unfortunately, we received a better quote for a higher end quality cabinets and ended up going with them. Greg is knowledgeable, detail oriented, professional and gave me excellent ideas and tips.

Surreal. This was my experience. We came into the showroom and were descended upon by a "designer." "Can I help you find anything?" Me: "I'm looking for a tile, 1" or 2" square with some color variation through it. It's for a shower we're remodeling." Designer: "Well, we have this marble that's nice. You could do a listello." She shows us a sample board that's got all sorts of sculpted shapes and borders. Me: "I don't think we want stone.

Just need tile. 1" or 2" square with some color variation through it." Designer: Gesturing to another board of fancy scmancy design elements "You could do something like this, with a listello." Me: thinking "WTF is listello and why can't she just show us tile?" saying, "Really all we want is some kind of tile in a 1" or 2" square that might have some subtle color variation in it." Designer: (exasperated) "I don't know if I can help you if you can't tell me what you want." (I kid you not, she said this after I'd told her EXACTLY what I wanted multiple times.) Somehow we shook this thing off--I don't know how many times she said "listello" but to this day I twitch when I hear the word--and went into the next room and selected the floor tile by ourselves.

In the end we went to another place where the staff were awesome and we literally found the tile we wanted within minutes of walking in the door. Bottom line: if you want to be verbally masturbated all over by a "designer" go to Nonn's. If you want tile, go anywhere else.

We had in issue with the initial installation of our kitchen backsplash but Travis and his crew made it right and now it looks beautiful! Thank you Travis, Matt and Jeff!

We stopped at the Madison location looking for carpet and LVP. We took carpet samples home on a Tuesday morning, decided on a carpet and LVP. I called back to Kathy, sales associate, and left a message on her extension we would like to schedule for measuring that same afternoon. Never got a reply back. On the next Monday we returned the samples and Kathy asked if we would like to schedule for measuring, I said I had left her a message previous Tuesday afternoon.

She looked like she was in another world, no answer. So we scheduled measuring. The guy showed up, measured and said we would hear from Kathy, we are now 3 1/2 weeks later and still no estimate. I would say NEVER will I stop at or use Nonns for anything.

Went in there today to look at Quartz counter tops Stayed in there about 10 min waiting for someone to help me. I would have stayed and waited if someone would have said they would be with me shortly or anything just not ignore me. sales associates on the floor "yes they were with someone " They seen me in there but yet not a single word was said to me! Was not pleased Walked out and will not be back!

Huge shout out to Kris Elser for helping me select replacement flooring as I redo my place after the flood. She made a stressful situation a bit easier. And I love to shop local so Nonn's is always the first, and last stop I make. They have such a great selection and can fit within any budget.

This was the first time dealing with Malkin's. The salesman made several suggestions that really helped us prepare for the Luxury vinyl flooring installation. We replaced the kitchen flooring and the entry hallway which was concrete with tile on it. The installer made some suggestions that really made the difference. When he installed the kitchen floor it was perfect all around the kitchen cabinets with one piece of vinyl.

It was so close that we did not have to replace the toe molding. I also included some photo's showing the prep work and installed floor. It turned out to be a perfect installation. Very good communication and a real team effort.

Ended up with a competing company. Salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. Estimator was all over the waterfront with what seemed like contradictory recommendations. Resulted in seeking relief from a different company. This was a fairly large project at least to us in an existing home. Involved over 900 square feet of flooring. Guess in the final analysis you have to be comfortable with the company and their recommendations

I don't write reviews often, but Nonn's gave us exceptionally great service. A visiting cat clawed out an 8 x 2 inch hole in the carpet where it met the hardwood hall floor. We were putting our house on the market in two days. It looked awful! I called Nonn's because they are close, tho had never worked with them. I was transferred to Susan, who was so kind & understanding.

She said they were busy and wasn't sure it could be fixed, but would send someone out. Kevin came out, was able to stretch the carpet enough to completely fix it! It looked perfect. We sold our house in two days, something I doubt would have happened without the fix. We bought no flooring from them but they treated us like long time customers. In the future, they have our business.

Highest quality service, highest quality products at incredible prices! We purchased our kitchen granite and backsplash from Nonn's for an instant upgrade. From start to finish, this is one of the best experiences we've had during our house remodel. We worked with Kelsey, who is phenomenal. She guided us through the process, answered all of our questions, was always available to respond to emails and has fantastic ideas for creating your dream home. We will continue to turn to Nonn's for our home projects and highly recommend them!

I have used Nonn's Flooring since 1999. I highly recommend them. From the beginning, their team has exhibited incomparable professionalism, courtesy, and exceptional quality of workmanship. They are my go-to company. I continue to enjoy the hardwood floors, ceramic tile, granite counter tops, carpeting, and other home improvements. Their level of service, provided with a smile, is excellent!

Positives: The showroom is beautiful. The designer we worked with, as well as people in the showroom and warehouse, are very professional and pleasant. Negative: Be aware. This company's policy is to take the side of the manufacturer: broken tiles/products that have been delivered, and in customer's possession for a while awaiting installation (3-4 weeks in my case due to glitch in the remodeling), are NOT Nonn's responsibility.

Customer gets no refund. SO, should there be a next time, I will NOT let Nonn's delivery person leave until I've checked all boxes thoroughly AND taken any necessary pictures.

Nonn's in Middleton is where you go, period. Utmost selection, quality and service. I recently redid our kitchen and bath and could not be happier with the results. Our stacked travertine wall is the envy of friends and perfect back drop I requested for a special cabinet we have from Beijing. Thank you Kris M. for your talents and kindness. Nonn's did an awesome job helping us design multiple office areas at our location in Middleton. They had great ideas and knowledge regarding the layout and design for our spaces. The quality of the products they installed were excellent.
