In 1987, Dale Rogers started Fiber-Tech from the ground up. His first client, which became his "known for", was Oscar Mayer. The company wanted to bring back the Oscar Mayer Wiener Mobile for a marketing campaign. Although a new company, Dale had years of experience making fiberglass parts for Excalibur, high-end custom car manufacturer. These high-end cars had to be top quality and could not have a single flaw in them before leaving the shop. Dale has carried on this standard for high quality to Fiber-Tech and has built a reputation for it.

Fiber-Tech is a custom molder of fiberglass composites & assemblies. Main industries served (but not limited to) is Construction, Agriculture & Mass Transit. Other industries include Medical, Power Generation, Aviation, House & Bath & Telecommunications. Fiberglass hoods, panels & shrouds for the construction & agricultural OEM markets.
To keep tooling & part cost as low as possible, the goal is to be able to mold from a single cavity tool. Some cases, 0° draft is required because of mating surfaces and/or customer requirements. To accommodate this, there will be a multi-piece mold, which will require body working of the seam after pulling the part.
Fiber-Tech is ISO certified 9001:2015. We strive to meet all quality requirements and exceed the customer's expectations. All processes & procedures are documented & controlled. Also, they are audited throughout the year to make sure all employees are trained correctly and perform to Fiber-Tech's standards.
All tools & fixtures are produced in-house. Any tooling built by Fiber-Tech is customer owned but maintained & stored for free by Fiber-Tech. You can assure that when you invest in tooling through Fiber-Tech that there will be no hidden costs, maintenance fees or storage fees for the life of the program.
