Purchased from them at a Buying Show and love their products! Customer Service is top notch and they do what's right. Inevitably shipping items of this nature all the way to our store in MT there were bound to be damaged items. They have the knowledge to pack things from 500 pound fountains to tiny concrete rabbits and "no questions asked" replaced whatever was damaged. Highly recommend this company!
