Outstanding customer service! I was missing an 8 foot unfinished hard wood plank for my home project. I went to another store in Springfield I originally purchased wood from but they said they could not sell me a plank and suggested I purchase a whole bundle again. So I went to the Indiana Floors, where the sales associate immediately went to the warehouse and found a plank for me! I am very impressed! Will go back to Indiana Floors for my future home project needs!

Carlos at Indiana floors in Lorton helped me to find what I needed, going above and beyond rummaging in the warehouse. He gave excellent service and took the time to arrange all the small details for my order. All the folks answering the phone are so polite and professional. I bought bruce manchester strip here(not dundee strip) but the price was too high. Price was $3.79/sf at this place while Floor depot at springfield $3.40/sf. I was in limited-time situation and wood was sold out at Floors depot(more wood comes next week), I have my own countractor account here but it was useless. I was about to pay $300 more. I decided to buy only half(400sf) and buy another half(380sf) at Floors depot next week. Wasted 'only' $150. Salesman's name was Toddy or Tody, whatever, I don't like opportunist like him using my situation. If it's not just him, is it whole store price issue?

I had the hardest time working with this company. Specifically the Lorton, VA and Frederick, MD locations. I called them a half dozen time trying to find a certain product and they were probably the rudest company I've ever worked with. I don't advise working with them. They don't call you back and when you do interact with them they treat you like crap when you talk to them.
