I wanted replacement windows that would be custom matched to my house paint. RJT took the paint sample from me and they nailed it! Matched my paint exactly! The windows are very well made, and the guys who installed them were the best! Very careful with my furniture and cleaned up behind themselves as they went along. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting replacement windows! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Carol

19 years ago I bought new windows for my entire house from RJT Industries (Woodbridge, VA). Over the past several years seals broke on several windows, but RJT replaced them in a timely fashion w/no questions asked. Two months ago I discovered my bay window had leaked at the seams and water seeped into the back of the window seat and rotted out a lot of the wood. RJT promptly send someone out to evaluate the situation and it was determined the entire window (roof, seat, etc.) had to be replaced.
The window was quickly ordered and was installed yesterday by Kang and helper ~ they did a fabulous job and were very professional. And, RJT moved up the installation date as I had an appt. for surgery when they originally scheduled. Note: ALL OF THIS WORK HAS BEEN DONE AT ABSOLUTELY NO COST TO ME. Everyone in the office (Denise, Vern, Patty) was terrific ~ knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot more highly recommend this company for windows!

RJT is top notch! Evergreen Home Rehab has used RJT Industries for new construction additions as well as replacement doors and windows for remodeling projects, and the doors and windows are very impressive. Everything is customized and the options are huge. The sliding patio doors glide effortlessly and our clients particularly love how easily the double hung windows tilt out for cleaning. Windows installed almost 1 year ago and still having issues with air leaks from poorly constructed windows. The seal does not go all the way to the ends causes leaks. The installer did not finish all caulking around wrap this took months before they sent anyone out to correct. Then the window seals I am still trying to have repaired still the so called field tech is either sick can't be found or has to go into the office before handling customer.
Or they don't work friday or weekends but they wanted to install last year on thanksgiving weekend. Getting problems resolved is a joke save yourself time and money find a better product with a bigger company who cares. Dave
