Westport Pools

My first opening with this company and I am really disappointed. I have never had an opening where the pool service company left with my pool water still green. However, stated that if we want them to come back it will be 130 hr but I have to list what I wanted done. I do not service pools so I was trusting their services to provide me with what was needed to have a pool opening.

Then the manager Alex said she was tired of arguing and we can just part ways. My question is that how you conduct business when the client has questions because clearly there was a miscommunication somewhere and I needed clarification because my pool was still cloudy and my husband had to add additional chemicals to just get it to where the water was not green.

I have never experienced such a horrible opening. Then she stated well you want us to do it for free which we NEVER asked for anything free. I explained to her I just wanted my pool done right and needed to know how we could get this corrected. The manager Alex was just really combative and not willing to show any empathy as we are the paying customer and we clearly paid for nothing because pool is still not open to swim in. VERY DISAPPOINTED in how you treat your customers.

Love this company! Always on time and organized. They send me reminders for opening and closing the pool and very easy to get a hold of if I have any issues with my pool! Highly recommend! Don't sign up for service. Service not consistent. One tech would do a good job the next wouldn't. Thought it would help me out but actually added more work for me. Came home to pics below. Deck was full of dried mud. Got no response to my concerns. Don't waste your time here

I completed contracts and scheduled appointment. But no one ever showed up, called, or returned my repeated calls and messages.

Life guards won't let the parents breath I was trying to get my little girl so I could take my little boy to the bathroom maybe you should teach your life guards to have a little bit of people skills or maybe just help because the money I paid for the park goes into their paychecks

We bought a house with a pool. We have never had a pool but West Port Pools helped us. Everyone from billing to the guys who came out to work on the pool were awesome. If I called with a question, they treated me with respect and answered any and all of our questions. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Andrew, one of the service coordinators, at Westport Pools turned our pool nightmare into a great experience. He provided efficient, fast, and friendly service. He kept me updated after each visit and gave a thorough explanation of each process. The crew members that were sent out were very friendly and always showed up on time. The pricing was also very competitive. We got our entire filtration system replaced for a very affordable price. I highly recommend this company!
