I have used this company 3 times for residential applications as well as one commercial application. Great quality and value in all 3 jobs. Services: Custom cabinet design & installation, Cabinet design, Retrofitting, Cabinet installation

The cabinets installed look great, but they left trash and sawdust everywhere including in the drawers. Otherwise they'd get 5 stars. Wish I could do 4.5 stars.

Critical: Professionalism We've used them numerous times in the past and had a great experience, but we went to use the recently for our business and the customer service was so terrible we couldn't even get through the initial back and forth emails. We were very bummed.

Would never ever recommend this company, they do a awful job. The shelving is ridges thank goodness. They don't clean up all the dust they leave in the cabinets after installing the shelves!

The Amcraft team helped design my new kitchen layout and had lots of great ideas and suggestions. Amcraft then custom built all the cabinets and installed onsite. The end result was excellent and I am really happy with my new kitchen! The team were very friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommended.

My husband and I used Amcraft to help us with our long-awaited kitchen remodel. Our salesman was fantastic and helped us design our cabinets to better utilize the space we had. We are so happy we went with his suggestions! Our kitchen feels HUGE now! We chose the Shaker style cabinetry with Rustic Cherry and Natural Finish. I now understand that "custom cabinetry" doesn't alway mean expensive. It means what it says. built to fit. Amcraft's prices and quality were unbeatable! They did not disappoint! We are so happy with our dream kitchen!

The current employers do not treat their employees fairly, nor do they supply proper safety equipment, medical equipment and tools for the the tasks at hand. The installation crew is constantly having to miss use power tools against OSHA regulations in order to accomplish tasks. The salesmen constantly miss measure for cabinetry and refuse to accept responsibility for their bad decisions.

The communication between salesmen and customers is poor and slow. One of the company owners, Greg White, constantly receives poor opinion from customers due to his aggressive manner and communication with them. The cabinet shop puts out low quality cabinetry, with constant issues such as; cabinets falling apart and needing repair on-site, wrong cabinet designs, damaged trim work.

Amcraft Cabinets recently did our kitchen cabinets and I couldn't be more in love with how they turned out! We have an old house so the walls aren't straight and floors aren't level, but they did an incredible job installing, and took great care of them in the process. We had Ikea cabinets before and the difference is unreal. There is no comparison! I absolutely recommend Amcraft! I am in love with my new kitchen!

Wow, SO many good things to say about Amcraft! We remodeled our kitchen this winter (Feb-April 2019) and initially went to Home Depot for a bid on cabinets. My mom then told me she had used Amcraft for her kitchen in Oregon City and was really happy with the result. So we got a free bid from them (they were able to drive all the way out to Happy Valley!) and their cost to build/deliver/install was less than Home Depot's cost for just the cabinets before delivery or install!

They beat the other bids we had as well. We worked with Ron Hop who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when we were making specific choices about the cabinets. He sat down with us in their showroom showing us what different styles and finishes would look like. The cabinets look AMAZING! They have a very professional finish and are exactly what we wanted.

When we realized that one of the pieces of hardware we chose didn't fit into a cabinet, they worked with us to return it and come to a solution. I did find one correction when they sent me the plans for final approval before beginning construction (the cabinet in question would not have been wide enough) but that's just common sense to review the plans and pick up a tape measure yourself before approving a $5-10,000 project.

Also they don't paint the cabinets because too much can happen during transit and it just leads to angry customers. We had ours professionally painted. Definitely recommend Amcraft!

Amcraft installed the original cabinets for our kitchen 25 years ago so we decided to use them this time. We are ever so pleased with the result. The kitchen layout was completely different than the original plus we wanted two special cabinets made that they were not familiar with. The installers we very professional and when the counter top folks installed the top they commented on how well the the cabinets were installed being that they had to be level and square. Couldn't be happier.

Amcraft built 3 massive bookshelves which included some cabinets, and a coat rack & shoe bench by the front door. The work was excellent and when they realized they had made a measuring mistake in one set of shelves they fixed it IMMEDIATELY with a value adding solution. While it takes an experienced team to pull off the level of success we had with Amcraft, we'd like to call out Mark Baker as being an outstanding rep - both customer service & design. Our experience with Amcraft - fair price and service - has been outstanding.

Two and a half year old cabinets they installed in my kitchen are sagging in spots, and just now the wood they used under the countertop fell apart where dishwasher is mounted. I tried calling for help, and lady I spoke with rudely said "What do you want us to do about it?" It's only a couple of years old, and they are trying to avoid any responsibility as the cheap materials they use start to fail. Wasn't very happy with them from the start, but it was paid by insurance, so I assumed work would at least be decent quality.

Big mistake, and I'd never recommend them to anyone. Edit: They have since been out to look at the problems. They are blaming the general contractor for installing the dishwasher wrong, but they are promising to fix some of the other issues we've had.

As a custom home builder we often presented with difficult cabinet specifications. Amcraft has done our work for years and has always provided innovative, high quality solutions. Their work is always beautiful and they offer us great service. Their prices are also fair for what their work. I would highly recommend Amcraft if you are looking for custom cabinetry and counter tops.

I wouldn't trust this company an inch. My personal opinion is that they are incompetent. They do reasonably good work but there whole customer service process is horrible. Don't expect to get quotes in a timely manner, don't expect calls to be returned, don't expect promises to be kept or matters to be dealt with in a reasonable amount of time. I wasted so much time of this company because of their inefficiencies. I would never deal with them again.

Unresponsive, and always too busy to deal with a small revision to an install they performed. I have asked for a quote and was pushed out 2 months, then 3 months, now it has been 7 months and still no estimate, scheduled visit or timeline.
