An acquaintance recommended this contractor, so we contacted Charlie for an estimate. We have a small kitchen to update in a rental property, and he was aware of that before agreeing to meet and discuss the work. He showed up early for our appointment and said that he was about to leave his card under the door. We thought this was odd, but continued with the appointment.
We explained the updates that we needed, and a few of the responses were awkward, almost as if he was making fun of the fact that we didn't need an extremely expensive remodel for the rental property. It's been a week now, and he still hasn't sent us an estimate. It's frustrating that he just wasted our time and wasn't professional enough to decline the job if the kitchen was too small. We would not consider this company for any work in the future.
