Horrible experience! Slow unloading process! They need to hire better workers and hire more people if they can't keep up

I had read the reviews and was expecting the worst, but my experience unloading here wasn't bad at all. Arrived at 10:50 am, third in line. Started unloading me at 11:50 am, was done and out the gate by 12:30

They never answer the phone, and their automated system does not work at all. I'd rather go to Acme Brick.

Soooo annoying to deliver here if you are an outside carrier! They should change the way they receive product because there is no way that I should be waiting 4 hours to get unloaded when it only takes 15-30min to unload. At least let one outside carrier in per 2 meridian trucks or something. Horrible!

I chose Meridian's Salt Plain color brick for my house. I selected it based on the brick from a year old house built by the same builder. The brick I saw was a grey tone with white tent and spots with a darker grey brick scattered. It was explained to me that it was a light grey brick. When it arrived, it was a red brick with a faint white paint on the front of the brick. It was not grey at all. I now have a white house with red dots everywhere instead of a grey house. Inconsistent and cheap.
