Just watched one of your drivers pull out in front of a semi, who had to honk his horn to make your driver aware that he was there and almost caused a very bad accident. I see this 24/7 since I live right next to this location. Your drivers are not safe, they don't pay attention. And theyre gonna end up killing someone if theyre not careful. Please pay attention and use your head especially in a big cement truck!

One of your drivers failed to yield at an actual yield sign getting onto the freeway, swerved into my lane (I had turned on a green light), continued to swerve into different lanes while on the freeway, and then honked at me when I came to a complete stop at the stop sign after taking my exit. Honestly I don't understand why anyone would drive so recklessly in such a big vehicle.
The Sunroc website boasts about safety but this driver was anything but safe. I'm also frustrated there wasn't a company email listed on the site that I could use to contact you guys about this.

I called at 4:40pm and it went to dispatch. The lady told me the gravel plant closes at 4:30pm and that I'd have to call back Monday. I asked her if she knew how much a yard of gravel was and she repeated to me to call back Monday. If you are going to be redirected to after hour services (if that's what you'd call it), then who the hell doesn't know the pricing?
She wasn't friendly at all and when I said, ok, thank you, she just hung up without another word. She acted like a real Linda. I wanted to not only get gravel from you guys, but I also was looking to get 10 yards of concrete from here. So I suggest having a more friendly dispatch and customer service lady at the phones if you don't want to lose business. This one star is for the dispatch lady only, for I am not sure how far the rest of the customer service is.

Terrible company. Used them for many of their bulk products and concrete at times for many years. After them being bought out, I ordered concrete as I normally do as a regular customer who pays at each delivery. I scheduled it days in advance and when the day and time came to deliver it, they told me that they wouldn't be able to deliver it because they have to take care of their regular customers.
They said I was a "cash on delivery" customer so therefore not one of their regular customers. They didn't call ahead to let me know my job wasn't important enough for them. It may not make a difference to them but I will never do business with them or anyone associated with clements/lows ever again.
