Downhill. I made an order with Jaime. She emailed me tile was in and i said great. Came in on Sat during business hours and then they said warehouse was closed and I cannot get my tiel. Nowhere in our emails or phone conversations was this mentioned to me. It's a 30-40min drive for us to come back empty handed. I called Jamie and asked why she did not relay this message properly.

This could of saved us a lot of time. She said there are signs all over the showroom stating this and that I should of known and it's my fault?! Well I OBVIOUSLY DID NOT KNOW and I NEVER stepped foot in the showroom to see any signs. She did NOT apologize and said come Monday and HUNG UP ON ME. WOW -

Even though I didn't end up ordering tile, I had a great experience with Niko. He was very attentive and patient. I was shown tile samples and made sure I was happy with my choices. He also sent over estimates as he said he would. I would come back to order in the future because of how well he answered my questions.

I worked with Sid at Coliseum Tile. Unfortunately the manufacturer sent a different tile than I ordered. Sid contacted the manufacturer and made sure they followed through and sent the correct tile. He was very responsive and made sure I was taken care of. They have an awesome selection of tile, countertops, flooring, etc. I would highly recommend them, their products and their customer service. This place is wonderful. Filled with tons of selection options, no high pressure sales tactics, and knowledgeable designers who just want to help you pick out what's right. Jaime was super helpful, even helped carry samples to my car. Highly recommend for any tile needs.

I have used Coliseum tile for three projects now!. I was thrilled to meet Niko for our biggest project which consisted of three bathrooms. a laundry room and a large kitchen, plus bar backsplash. He is extremely knowledgable, and quickly understood the style I was after. He was extremely patient and has a great personality with a warm sense of humor He was always easy to communicate with, and got back to me quickly.

He often sent me suggestions via text or email when I needed them. This was very helpful when my brain was overloaded with decision making! He also has a great eye for color. There is really no reason at all to be using a designer if you use Niko. I would imagine in their new showroom, where they have a lot more space, and a great new front desk, they will have roles amongst staff more clearly defined, as in regards to some other reviews, I too thought an individual or two were not cut out for the planning, design, and quotes, but more suited for order accounts and delivery. I am giving five stars to Niko and Coliseum Tile! Thank-you.

I had a fantastic experience at Coliseum Tile. Niko was super helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me many different options after I told him what aesthetic I was going for, and then helped me narrow down my choices. He has great taste so he helped me with my design dilemmas as well. No question was too trivial and he took the time help me with every detail down to the grout color, schleuter, etc.

He always got back to me as quickly as he could and he always went the extra mile to help me out. I also appreciated that he trusted me as an honest customer - he would let me take samples home and didn't chase me for deposits or payments. I highly recommend Niko and would definitely go back to work with him for any future house projects!

As a designer, I should have known better than to try and design my own bathrooms. It took me 4 months of looking at tiles at every location I could find in a 50 mile radius before I finally landed at Coliseum tile for the last 2 months of my search. I have the absolute pleasure of working with Niko. He was so patient with me. I went back and forth to his showroom at least a dozen times.

Each time, for the most part, pointing my design in a different direction. He was knowledgeable of all his products and if they did not have something I wanted to see, he ordered it without a blink. One thing that really pushes me away from flooring and tile stores is how pushy the sales people can be and how they want a crazy deposit each time I borrow tiles.

As a designer, I know that each sample is free. I know that all you have to do is reach out to the manufacture and they will happily send you a sample. I appreciate that with all the samples I requested to take home there was no deposit required. I returned all samples and exchanged them for new ones regularly. In the end, we ordered then picked up our tiles within a week.

One of the tiles had more variation in it than expected and Niko quickly presented a solution which remedied our problem in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend working with Niko specifically and their prices were great as well!

Pretty showroom but the salesman we had was pushy and too slick for my taste. He quoted us two different prices for the same material in a matter of minutes, and told us we'd need 2 - 3xs the amount than other stores had quoted us for the same project. Did not seem trustworthy. We browsed for ideas then went to another showroom in the area and had a much better experience.

We had an exceptional experience with Niko at Coliseum Tile. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly patient. We worked with him for weeks and he helped us design our kitchen, fireplace area, and bar. Coliseum Tile Kitchen and Bath meets all these criteria and I have been working with them for years. Niko Hurley is excellent at what he does.

He and I have collaborated on many projects. He is exceedingly knowledgeable, helpful and when problems arise, willing to help resolve the issues. Don't place any orders with them-- they will send you wrong materials and when you reject it, they will charge you restocking fees. I ordered hardwood floors-- gave exact name of what I wanted. What I received was very different-- same manufacturer, different name. The look was very different too-- it was brown vs gray that I was trying to order. First they tried to charge me 25% restocking fee. When I fought it, they decided to settle on $550. Pretty dishonest and greedy.

We did our backsplash over. They have A great selection, and the best Sales person by far. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.good suggestions, too. Thanks Carlos!

This is not the biggest tile store, does not have the biggest selection, but we go to Coliseum because they have tiles styles that you cannot find in the more run of the mill stores or home improvement stores. If you are looking for modern styles or really cool unique tiles, start here. They can refer tile setters as well. I pulled a couple of names from their list and ended up using Juan Castro. He did an excellent job, is quite the craftsman.

Came in on a Saturday and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and because they staff was experiences they were able to provide style ideas and guidance on what pitfalls to avoid. Highly recommend.

They're the best. Helped me pick out tile and I received my order when they said I would. While someone may not think that is special, in the building trade it is very. If you can, try to work with Carlos. He is professional and extremely helpful.

Coliseum tile has been my go to place for my kitchen and bathroom remodel. They have a huge selection of every type of tile you can possibly imagine. Both from high to low end. Niko was an absolute pleasure to work with and really takes the time to answer endless questions, help with design and also recommended me to installers for the job. I highly recommend coliseum tile for their vast selection and competitive prices. and don't forget to ask for Niko!

Walked in. Made a friendly comment about the smell of the nearby KFC. (This is called "rapport building.") Got a whole big ole lesson on what is or is not fattening. That's ALL I got. She never even stood up. Three employees were sitting at their desks or talking to each other, and not one of them asked me if they could help. When I left, the KFC expert asked, "You didn't find anything you liked?" To which I replied, "I didn't get any HELP." We are moving and have an immediate need for 1500 sq ft of wood and tile flooring. I have not done this in a lot of years. Am I supposed to KNOW what I want? Went to Carpet One. Different story.

I stopped by this location and the guy at the second desk was EXTREMELY rude! He completely ignored me and the lady that was there didn't even attempt to help me out! Customer service is very important when it comes to business, they need to learn some manners and at least give a decent response.

Coliseum Tile has an excellent assortment of products. They were very accommodating and patient during our multiple visits. From our first visit, Carlos listened to our broad wishes and helped us narrow down choices. He heard and understood what was important to us and guided us to certain products. Carlos was very open to questions and was quick to assist while giving us time to roam & deliberate but never hovered. Carlos was excellent in providing guidance and suggestions while coordinating products & shapes including grout and trim. Carlos made a daunting task as simple as possible for our bathroom remodel. Carlos even picked up a sample from another location so we could visualize the products better. Stellar service!

I had a very good experience with Nico at Coluseum Tile. I knew exactly what I wanted so it was a very straightforward ordering process. Their prices were significantly lower than the other places I looked at for the pre fab counters. There was some confusion here and there and I had to make a few extra phone calls but I blame this on my situation. I live in LA and had to do almost all the job via telephone. So I think Nico and the staff at Coluseum deserve credit for their good work.

Coliseum Tile is a destination if you want a great selection of tile, hardwood, pavers, etc. for indoor or outdoor use. We have worked with Metin Aydin, owner, on several different projects. He is knowledgeable and offers great ideas in the selection process. He has given us recommendations for installers who have also been excellent.
