I'm redoing my pool and stuff for the summer I came here to look at stone and I literally love this place. I think I might be IN LOVE with this place. Seriously, everyone who works there is so helpful and so funny. They have the most amazing prices in the area for ready-mix too. They'll deliver it to pretty much wherever you are. I know, amazing. Just like go here, don't go to the other places in the area.

Great place! Very helpful service! I went a few times (during the "end" of the Pandemic panic) and they were actually open with a lot of safety precautions. This was great because I was and am still replacing my home walkway. Jon helped me a few times (during a couple of visits) and gave me a lot of good advice. On a different day, Jay helped me to make the final decision and place the order.

All without a hitch! Jay actually took me around outside to show me all of my options before I made a final decision. When you are installing something which will remain the focal point of your house for many years to come, you need all the help that you can get from the professionals! Jay could have been lazy and stood behind the counter and just took the order, but he didn't.

He wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I don't know their names but there are many other great workers there, working diligently behind the scenes. I am taking the time now to write this because most people don't get credit when they do a great job. Well, I give the good people of Phoenix a AAA rating for service and product! Terrible experience. I called and asked for 12" spikes and was sent 8" without even being consulted. The quality of treated lumber was horrible. My 5 yards of gravel looks more like 3 yards and although it was supposed to be pea gravel it was a mixture of everything. Never use them again.

A model Small-Business! Phoenix has a superior selection of luxury to common building products that make purchases, deliveries, and correspondence, much easier for contractors and self-doer's alike. Over the course of the past 3-weeks I personally visited Phoenix over 15 times to pay, schedule, and otherwise grab misc. tools. Exceptional employees such as Jay and the owner, John do their best to ensure that customers can successfully and effectively complete the job, even if that means staying after closing and bending over backwards to find some extra supply. Jay on more than one occasion regardless of MY fault, found solutions to needed Techno-Bloc's, and even rescheduled my cement truck hours before it was to be delivered due to an issue on my side.

I had bought my walkway stones from Phoenix when my father and I had redone our walkway by ourselves 10 years ago. Just last week, I bought some pallets of Techno-Bloc stones from Phoenix and I have no doubt they will last me over 20 years. As someone who bought $2000 worth of stone from Phoenix, $1500 worth of cement from Phoenix, over 40 bags of sand, and $500 worth of material from Phoenix in the last 3-weeks, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking them out for your building needs!
