I called n started to explain what I was looking for, to see if a sales person could help me choose hinges. She rudely cut me off and said "Listen, I can't help you! Call back when you figure out what you need and I'll tell you if I have it!" I can't emphasize how nasty she was. You'd think I called interupting a funeral. Worst customer service I have experienced in decades. And in less than 30secs. SMH

The people here are both miserable to deal with and incompetent. I had an unbelievably bad experience here where this vendor completely botched an order. Far from an apology, they practically shouted me off the phone inviting me to sue them if I wanted it corrected. Do not do business with these people.
