Tried calling - if you need something have time on your hands, you will have to go through a barrage of options and no option for an operator of any sort to get you to a live body.

When ordering and picking up you can count on the staff to ensure they have the order correct and ready when you arrive. If you have the product shipped it is always reinforced and you can tell the company is Employee Owned.
