Services
Metal tile panels are a graceful and durable roofing material, suitable for pitched roof applications. They combine the traditional look with the latest technology and can be used on residential and commercial buildings, and for replacing old roofs. Metal tile panels are made from sheet metal which is zinc-plated on both sides, with several protective layers, which ensures durability. It is one of the most light-weight roofing materials, which is an advantage because it does not require a heavy roof support structure.
Asphalt shingles, though reasonably priced, don't deliver the best in looks or performance. Wood shakes, though attractive, don't have the fire resistance sought by homeowners and mandated by many local codes. Clays, though beautiful, are heavy and difficult to install, sometimes leading to breakage and safety problems.

This had to be the most unprofessional company we've ever dealt with. We opted for a metal roof in 2015. Every Winter, after the snow melts & especially when there's heavy rain, we noticed the skylight was leaking. I was told one of the owners, Greg, was the one overseeing our roof project. So after the winter of 2015, he came to the house & supposedly fixed it.
There was a very mild winter, in fact, very light snow & rainfall in 2016, but we did get rain & noticed that our ceiling where the skylight is was starting to discolor. We got the house repainted in Summer of 2017 & it covered up the discoloration. After the winter of 2017, when the snow melted again, there were cracks forming on the ceiling where the skylight is.
We called DML & that same Greg, went to look, once more. After spending some time on the roof, he announced he fixed the problem. The rains were heavy that following year (2018) & now bubbles were forming on the ceiling where the skylight is & also started to form in surrounding areas in the ceiling, all the way to the Master's bedroom, another bedroom, & the entrance to the living room.
We also noticed our gutter was starting to hang off the roof. Once again, we called & the same routine went on-Greg comes to inspect, spends some time on the roof & says he repaired the issue. He even went on to say that the representative (the one from the Sales department, who didn't install the roof), was responsible for making sure that any issues with the roof were taken care of.
After the Winter of 2018, the ceiling where the skylight is was starting to really get yellow where the water damage is apparent. For whatever reason, (supposedly they were extremely busy that season), Greg finally came back during the Spring & this time, went up to the attic crawl space. He gave a very stupid explanation that the cooling system in our home is older (the house was built in 1996) & that due to condensation from heating the house during the Winter & cooling it during the Summer, made the system leak onto our ceiling, slowly.
He even mentioned, verbatim, that our attic was "so clean & very nice." This is one of the owners of that company, mind you. 1st of all, our roof, as old as it was, even with the previous roof, never leaked. It wasn't until this incompetent company installed the metal roofing, that we started experiencing these issues. Now, the ceiling has water damage, bubbles in places I've never seen before, cracks & discoloration due to the water damage.
And also, the gutter was hanging off the roof. In the Summer of 2019, we hired another contractor to renovate the house & look at our roof. We were thinking of replacing the gutter but he said our gutter was still good, it just needed more support. The people who did the roof should have known that. (Big surprise) Also, the skylight was not secured.
It wasn't even screwed in, OR sealed. That makes sense, as to why our skylight was leaking & now there was water damage (discoloration, cracks, bubbles, etc.) all throughout the house. This was another problem that could have EASILY been prevented, if this company did their job, in the first place! DML roofing had caused so much unnecessary repair, expenses, & damage to our home.
Avoid this company, at all costs! They pretend to fix their mistakes (what was the point of going up to the roof & attic?) but clearly have not done anything & make up lies and excuses for their shoddy work. Not sure if it's STUPIDITY or LAZINESS, or a combination of both, but that's why our roof was leaking. It's also a hassle to get them to come out every time.
The agony we had to go through was unending and traumatic. They are an absolute nightmare, to deal with. Please see the pictures of the skylight before and after it was finally secured. We have not had ANY leaks, since our contractor had secured AND sealed the skylight. Also, the gutter was reinforced & no longer hangs off the roof. We've had some heavy rainfall during the Fall season of 2019. But lo and behold, the skylight did not leak, since the problem was finally fixed!
