In 1949 Patrick J. Mooney decided to take his 31 years of saw and tool experience and establish Pat Mooney, Inc. Our founder's philosophy was simple, to be a successful enterprise, provide products that are reliable and then provide support for these products with good people who are well trained. It's as simple as that. This philosophy continues today. Pat Mooney Saws continues to be privately owned and operated by the 3rd and 4th generation descendants of Pat Mooney.
Following this simple philosophy, Pat Mooney Saws has grown and expanded by establishing partnerships with companies from around the globe that produce reliable and innovative products.

Services
At Pat Mooney, we consider ourselves pioneers and visionaries in the metal cutting arena. That's one reason why we are the Midwest Weld Center for Bahco Bandsaw. Bahco is the pioneer of the bi-metal bandsaw blade which was the first of it's kind to meld two different types of metals together to formulate a bandsaw blade that provides superior performance and lasting life, all while increasing productivity and reducing cost-per-cut.
Pat Mooney Saws is an innovator in the saw blade world. We have been providing circular saw blades since 1949 with proper grinds and maximum blade life for your application. In 1996 we teamed up with Kanefusa to provide the first Throwaway Circular Saw Blades in North America. We have a large inventory of Kanefusa Circular Saw Blades and HSS Circular Cold Saw Blades in our headquarters in Addison, IL.
Pat Mooney Saws has been resharpening circular saw blades for (over) 70 years. We have continued to invest in top of the line machinery and develop our capabilities to have your saw blades working better than before. Our years of experience means we can optimize your tooth count, tooth pitch, and tooth grind for all sawing applications. This includes ferrous, nonferrous, tube, solid, extrusion, profile, and more! See below to learn more about how we can customize a solution for you.
Capacity: 3" - 28" (75mm - 710mm) Average turnaround time of 24 hours on our KSC Loroch machines. With robotic loading, we run these machines 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Every blade is hand checked for straightness and runout. Never worry about getting a blade back you can't use. Give us your minimum diameter and we will make sure it won't get put on a machine.
