Denise and her crew at Midwest Stone Source provided my wife and I with a truly wonderful experience. They installed kitchen countertops and backsplash remodeled a bathroom and installed new LVP flooring throughout our house. Denise was very helpful throughout the entire design and the crew scheduling. The craftsmanship exhibited by the work crews is immaculate and artfully done.
They took great care to protect our house when working and we're just plane nice to be around. Thank you Denise, Kevin, Brent, Chris and the entire granite crew for giving us a wonderful home.

We had them replace 2 bathroom countertops, 3 faucets and shower fixtures. After looking at 4 other granite stores we found 2 that we liked the best at Midwest. As we started the planning the staff was very patient and thorough to the details of our 2 bathrooms. Accurate measurements were taken and presented to us as to how the initial plan would look when completed.
We then modified our plan with their help providing multiple solutions to the problems discovered during the measurement. We needed a little drywall work to make the wall smooth, then had the counters installed followed by the tile boarder and plumbing. All crews were professional and on time. There were minor issues discovered by us later but when brought to their attention the crew returned and corrected the issue.

I really recommend Midwest Stone Source and design Studio. I worked with Michaela who helped me find the perfect marble countertop for our remodeled bathroom. She helped me coordinate my tile and flooring with my marble slab, even though the tile and flooring were being purchased elsewhere. (due to family members owning a similar store). I will certainly go to Midwest Stone the next time I have a remodeling project.

After shopping around for several months for new countertops and not finding exactly what we wanted with the help we needed. We were exceptionally pleased the second we walked into Midwest Stone Source. Michaela helped us from start to finish with picking out and showing us our options. She was very friendly and helpful to us, unlike other places, unfortunately. Kevin was very patient with us when we were picking out what piece of quartz we wanted to use for our specific countertop. I highly recommend them and if we ever need any other home repairs- they will be our first stop! Thanks again.

Midwest Stone provided an inspired remodel design of our master bathroom and executed that design/vision beyond our expectations. The staff and work crews were professional and personable, and never hesitated to contact us with questions or concerns. Denise was absolutely terrific! She was patient with me when I couldn't make my mind up on materials and she worked within our price range and gave us very fair pricing. Our kitchen granite was put in by Midwest Stone 5 years ago and still looks great. I use a product that I purchased from them to clean and polish my counters. I was refilling my bottle and the sprayer did not work properly. I went in to get a replacement for my sprayer and received a new bottle at no charge. I have always been pleased with the service that I have received from Midwest Stone and have recommended them to my friends.

We loved our experience with Midwest stone source when we were looking for new granite counter tops in our kitchen. They were the only site in Rockford that told us the places that we could go look for new slabs since we didn't like any they had on site. Everyone else just told us to come back periodically to see if anything new came in. We were able to find a slab we liked and Midwest took care of everything else. We will definitely be back when we look at redoing the bathroom next year!
