Bruce and team are customer focused, provide exceptional customer service and are professional. I had them install paint protection film on my rear bumper. As soon as I pulled up for my appointment, they were there to greet me, explain the process, had my vehicle done in the time they promised when I setup the appointment and made sure I was happy with the job. Excellent work, excellent service! I walked in off a referral from my friend after he had work done. The guys were able to take out my stock radio and replace it with a new touchscreen with CarPlay in under an hour. My JEEP Has now entered the 21st century.

Got my remote start done! Works great. They were extremely patient with me even though I was juggling my choices on the remotes. I highly appreciated that. Will definitely be back if I get another vehicle without remote start.

Great resolution to a challenging replacement of defunct original radio unit on my 2012 Ferrari California. Brian Yow did an amazing job of getting everything just right: the backup camera, steering wheel buttons and the unit now has wireless car play and it all looks original including the Ferrari logo on the screen. I could not be more pleased and the price was very fair plus they communicated with me (I live in WV) at every step along the way. I am happy to recommend them at the highest level.

I'm going to be honest, I had appointment a different window tint company scheduled for Wednesday. They called me on Tuesday and told me they were short staff and were not going to be able to get me in for another two weeks. The only reason I was going to consider that place is because they were cheaper offering the the same ceramic tint. When they called and backed out, I called Dedona and they were able to fit me in the very next day!

This happened to be Wednesday same day I was going to have tint put on at the other place. I choose to go with Dedona as they have tinted several cars for me in the past, even honoring warranty when I had problems, which was only once. Hands down they are the best in Greensboro! You pay a little bit more but the quality that you get will not be met at many places Greensboro.

Just to add they offer a lifetime warranty in which they truly honor, they tint all the way to the top of the window which resembles factory, and no bubbles or peeling even after multiple years of sitting in the sun. This is my go to tint place and they can look forward to my business as long as I am in Greensboro!

These guys are the best. Super fast service. Our backup camera quit working in our Jeep. We dropped the car off in the morning and had it fixed early afternoon. What more could you ask for! Very affordable too.

Great customer service! I had remote start put in my car. Had a little issue come up the next day and the guy personally came, got my car, fixed it, and brought it back before I was even done with work. Couldn't ask for any better. I'll be back to get my windows tinted :

I was looking for a company to advise on what to do with my stereo system in my Arcadia 2014, the amp went out and the radio was going out also. Brian was very knowledgeable and made me fill very comfortable in letting the company do the necessary work needed. Stopped by four weeks ago. The person they said I needed to speak to wasn't in that day. They took my info and said they'd call back. Never heard from anyone.

When I bought my car we took the car to Dedona to have the windows tinted and UV protection on the windshield. Seven years later we brought the car back for 3M paint protection. Just beautiful! I have used De Dona on 3 occasions, all with great results. This time they hardwired my radar detector, gps and tinted my 2 front windows. Great people, great price, and great work. I will be back as needed. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Let me just say that I expected better from this custom audio installer since they were highly recommended. I am an electrician by trade, so I know the importance of proper wire and component installation. Afterwards, I saw more shortcuts than I had expected for the amount of money that was paid. They had to initially perform rework for several reasons: Amp was initially installed incorrectly; no suggestion for different amp that would fit. Capacitor was too close to structure. Audio wires were not placed in conduits.

No environmental splices used. Audio wiring not routed in a proper fashion (tangled web); some wires bent more than 90 degrees. Then to top it off, 3mm jack audio cable damaged and a dead battery when I went to pick my motorcycle up. I had to leave it overnight to recharge the battery. Then, come to find that no speed nut fasteners were used to secure the speakers into the fiberglass pods.

Plastic cuts were not clean. Then after several visits, they finally understood my point, but with unnecessary feedback that I got tired of hearing. And, rushed me out of the business because they got tired of hearing my thoughts prior to closing. More notably, customer service was not the best since paying customers in the store were less important than the customers on the phone. Although, I did receive some recoupment of funds, its still not enough to my satisfaction. Needless to say, I could go further, but I think the point is well received by the looks of other reviews. With all that said, I was not impressed and I would certainly choose differently otherwise.

Was looking for a high end custom car stereo installation. This establishment came highly recommended. I called. After explaining the basics of what I wanted, was told they will NOT do any work unless the gear is purchased in their store. What a Neolithic, shortsighted policy! Every business should know at this point that with the WWW, every person is looking for the best deal. It's all about choice.

The knowledgeable customer takes pride in carefully selecting exactly what they want sometimes from several different brands, and possibly different merchants. Many times we know what we want; just need the installers to apply their expertise to implement and optimize it all. Trying to force the paying customer to only select the merchandise a particular business offers just doesn't cut it anymore. Shame, shame, shame!

In the past I have always put on my tint but I just bought this vehicle and I wanted a remote ignition start put on the vehicle. So I checked to see about getting both at the same time. The price was good and they could get to it the very next day. I set the appointment and left the vehicle. It took about 5 hours and they even started the day I left it.

I was called by noon the next day that it was complete. I couldn't be happier. The tint looks great. The starter was actually put into my existing remote cause I didn't want an extra remote to carry around. Great job DeDona!

Very professional shop with a clean and comfortable waiting room. The tint was applied to perfection. Recommend making an appointment to avoid a possible long wait. They seem to have a full schedule.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Brian at DeDona Tint and Sound! I had an auto start put in my car. Brian was friendly, very knowledgeable, and prompt! The staff is very nice and fast. My car was ready in two hours. The range is ridiculous(great) and I love the two way confirmation. After having my one car done and seeing how great he was to work with and the great job he did, I made an appt for my second car to get an auto start too. Highly, highly recommended!

I have had work done here now twice. The first was stereo installation which was flawless. Great work! My next visit was for a remote start. Over the course of the visit I added I would like the 2 front windows tinted. Answer was no problem we will get you worked in, well I went inside and fell in love with the rear view camera and once again I heard we can probably work that out and finally there was a subwoofer I liked because I wanted to feel the music more and boy do I feel it.

I look forward to getting more work done on whatever vehicles I have. The prices are a bit steep but quality of work is exceptional. They really worked with me to get 4 different things that weren't all originally scheduled and this was all dropped off in the afternoon with other customers with appointments. I say don't hesitate on any service they provide u may want. second guess it, only makes me love my vehicle. I should stay away as I would end up having them install everything they have in store. Thank guys Bryan and Ryan and techs one day will be able to get the names right.

I had my windows tinted here based on online reviews that I read prior and was very pleased. They did a great job and work in a reasonable amount of time. Staff is knowledgeable and willing to take time with you. I also referred my boyfriend to DeDona for tinting after mine were done and he was also very happy with the job. Love consistency. Their prices are definitely higher, but it's worth it to drop my car off and be worry free. I will go back should I need anything else.

Got turned on to these guys through a service manager at gmc, I had thought that I knew of all the good aftermarket auto guys in my area due to me being in the auto recondition business ( paintless dent repair)! To my surprise I didn't even know that the best and most talented group of cats were right around the corner. From great tint choices to audio and clear bra's these guys have tru talent when it comes to smooth installations.

They are extremely helpful at the desk or phone. Installation are done timely and not that I have had to bring anything back to them but they also stand by there craftsmanship. And if you are a clean nut like me they have a sick line of products made here in NC to detail or keep your love clean

This is my second time getting a car tinted here. Would be my 3rd, but alas. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great prices, and their work is absolutely top-notch! Another shop will charge you less, but do lower quality work and people will be able to tell. My favorite part about this shop is that they tint the window all the way to the edge. Makes everything look factory! They also do audio and other auto glass. Highly recommend this place. No need to go anywhere else!

First experience here with a window tinting. estimated about 2 hours to complete the job and did it in about 1.5hrs. It has to cure for 3 days so post again after that to complete the review. Outside of that the service was friendly, nice waiting room with free coffee (bold stuff too) and have quite a few other audio/alarm options to look through. I did the 35% high UV rejection film.
