Okay, so my boss is the best at impossible missions. He sent me to the only place in the WORLD that does not have a hardware store-or so I thought-to get wood nails, which apparently does not have such a thing on the box. So, I found this place, I have literally passed by it a thousand times, but I don't have a need for hardware. But, yesterday, I actually went inside!
These guys were super nice and helpful and when he couldn't find a box of what I needed, he went to his back room and found a nine nails PERFECT for the job, and he just gave them to me. The best customer service EVER! I wish I had caught his name, but if I ever hear someone say, hey I need a tool, I know right where I am sending them!

I had an 18 volt Milwaukee Sawzall windshield extractor they needed new brushes, and Trigger. The guy there was very nice and very helpful. He took it all apart and even cleaned the inside of the motor with new bushings and made it new again all for 75 bucks. If I bought a new one it would have cost me about 800 dollars. Thank you very much kind sir. I will be a repeat customer
